The location of the hostel was perfect for us as we were going to a gig at the Circulo del Arte which is very close. It was also brilliant for exploring the old town and easy to find. The staff were really friendly and we also loved how it was decorated. The roof terrace and kitchen was a nice idea, we were able to see the city while enjoying a cup of tea.

The kitchen on the roof terrace was a great but one of the windows next to the sofa wouldn't close so it was a little cold when we had our breakfast there. Also it can only be accessed by stairs so if you have mobility issues you should choose a different hostel.

Located centrally in the city limits of Toledo and a good place to pass the night. Well organized and good staff. Was a good experience and of value for the money.

The lockers were safe and it's correct that they are within locked rooms, but it would be better to provide locks or at least inform the guests to be prepared to bring along locks for locking the lockers where you leave your belongings.

The hostel was very good. One of the guests that was on the same room as I, started to urinate in the middle of night on my bed. Which was a very bad experience, but it's not the hostel fault that sometimes they have bad guests. I immediately called the receptionist, Jessica, and she without hesitating gave a new room. More receptionists are needed like Jessica, that are kind and compressive.

A great central location with good views from the terrace and kitchen. Friendly staff and fellow guests. The bunk beds were quite sturdy, so I wasn't disturbed when the person in the other bed moved. Free left luggage service.

The dorm room door key took 2 or 3 tries to open (others in the room had the same problem). It wasn't possible to shut the door quietly, so it was very noisy when people came and went at night.

We had the Room 1, which is a double room with en-suite and balcony with views to a church roof. We totally loved it. We didn’t expect to have such lovely inner city cute view while fully private and relaxing. Bed was confi and location perfect. Nice legit Spanish bar to have breakfast just around the corner. The shared terrace at the top of the building was amazing to have a view of the city and experience the sunset.

We liked it all. If I have to say something here, we had an issue with our card to access the building but they fixed very quickly. It was a bit of a walk from where we parked the car, but that is great because this is a legit medieval city! I would be disappointed if there will be cars all around.

Good value. The hostel was close to everything, and the terrace had seriously amazing views of the whole town. The view itself would make me choose this hostel again if I am back to Toledo. Found it really nice that the staff sent me some information and restaurant recommendations for Toledo before my trip.

It was super noisy. There is a music bar opposite to the hostel, and eventhough my dorm was on the 2nd floor I could hear the people talking downstairs. But I had similar experiences in other parts of Spain too, so I believe it's not the hostel's fault. Earplugs are definitely recommended.

The location is good. The bed is comfortable. We have shared Bathroom in 4 bed room with Bathtub. The AC is working good. Very thin sheet for blanket but there are fleece blanket in the closet.The terrace is good. Hair blower is working fine. Power outlets are good.

There's no microwave. The 2 hotplates are not working properly. Wifi at the kitchen lounge is not available.The bathroom light is flickering. We have to turn on the light in the mirror.

Nice staff. I arrived an hour before check-in started, but it was no problem to check in early. Toledo is a beautiful town, so what you get for the money is amazing! The rooms have a little terrace too. Didn't get to use any of the facilities unfortunately.

The only thing was there wasn't a lot of space to store your things if you're in the top bed. Can't close the door to the terrace either because the bed is in the way.

The staffs were kind and helpful. The bathroom in the room was big, clean with a bath tube. The view at the rooftop kitchen is amazing and you can get a glimpse of the roofs of alcazar. Really good value for the budget price so I would definitely revisit there if there's not one thing...

The room looks like for 4 people and there were 5 beds in it. There were only 4 lockers and in my upper bed there's no place to charge my phone. My bed was right below the cellar and there's not enough space to sit or move. I was worried that I may hit my head on the stone cellar

Rooftop terrace with small kitchen, free coffee/tea, good views. Elevators. Good restaurants near by, near Plaza Zocodover where buses stop. Great location. Helpful receptionist. Information on Activities offered. 4 bed female dormitory was big with high ceiling. Public buses (1.40€, mask mandatory) from train station and bus station takes you to plaza Zocodover and it's a 3 minute walk to hostel. It was quiet at night on a weekday. Except for loud talkers on street.

Bunk beds are squeaky, no privacy curtains.
