Location is fabulous. Just inside the city gate, 2 minutes walk from the Tourist Office, 22 minutes walk to the opposite side of the city. I was able to park my motorbike directly outside the hostal. View from my room was onto the inner courtyard, so not much of a view. Room was small but adequate, bathroom a shower a good size. Shower hot and powerful. Shower gel, soap and body lotion provided. Bed was comfortable. . Breakfast was far better than expected: fruit juice, real fruit (orange, apple and watermelon), cold meats and cheese, cereal, jams & pates, bread, pastries, coffee machine.

Despite providing 'Do not disturb' signs for the door, and me using them, on both days housekeeping entered my room against my wishes. A word about arriving - you need to enter through the city gate to park next to the church they mention in their instructions.

We had a great vacation with our 6-year-old daughter. Our room was comfortable. It was clean. The location was perfect.

It would be better if there was a refrigerator. If you are going to check in the hotel after 12 midnight, you should pay attention because the reception closes at midnight. We booked the hotel with breakfast included but at the check-out we paid 45 Euros for breakfast for 2 days.

Fantastic location, next to the Puerta Bisagra, on the quiet side of old town. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Although the parking was a bit of a hike, that was expected given parking restrictions of old town Toledo. Appreciated that the parking was in a secure garage and that we could pay for it at the hotel. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've every slept on in a hotel. Room was large and fit our needs. Appreciated the fan/heater in the bathroom. Our room opened on to the roof terrace, which was fun, but only because nobody was using it due to the cold weather. Room was very quiet. Liked that the souvenir shops nearest us had the best prices and great selection.

We were in the attic so we couldn't stand up straight in most of the bathroom or bedroom without bumping our heads (but we got used to that quickly and managed fine). The shower door didn't fit very well so water soaked the bathmat and one of the outlets for charging phones didn't work, but these were minor inconveniences. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again.

The personnel are very helpful and have good English. The room I got was quiet and very comfortable and reachable by elevator. It might be a bit on the small size but at the price it is expected and normal

I guess I could say the mattresses are a bit too much on the soft side. If you, like me, prefer more rigid mattress that may give you a bit of trouble

Central location to main tourist attractions, very friendly staff, reasonable price

Bathrooms were very small but this is a charming old building, so that is where they economized on space. Continental breakfast as overpriced.

We liked the location of the hotel and also the view that we have. We're so close of everything and the hotel is really clean and so well decorated. Great service and the receptionist was very friendly to us.

It's difficult to access to the hotel with suitcases. We had a lot of luggage and it was so heavy with the cobblestones but this is to be expected when visiting Toledo.

The way that we were treated. Very charming and solution oriented team in that hotel. Positive that we will come back to this same location. The hotel is beautiful, they do have love for the minor details.

Reaching the place by car was challenging. In the booking.com web it should be indicated that there is no way that you can reach the hotel's door by car. Very close for sure... but still indications are needed ahead.

If you are driving Google maps is hopeless ( it will try to take you down a narrow street not even our little Fiat could fit down) Parking is expensive. But you can Park at the bus station over night for free! Only catch is it’s a Ten minute walk back up to the hotel which is just inside the entrance of the old town

Inside the old city, easy access to places of interest, really nicely decorated. Great breakfast spread.

Curtain in the shower reduced the already small space and no shelf to place shampoo etc. Breakfast coffee.

Nice room but could be noisy.Access with ramp,okay, but in car must be fast. Good breakfast.Close to everything, with hikes or buses. Possible free parking (Safont) about 15mn walk.Nice staff

Parking and unloading luggage in car in Puerta Bisagra...Okay but must be fast. Free parking is question of patience.
