Perfect location. Clean n comfy.

Evening receptionist very pleasant but Morning/day receptionist was not. Too busy on her phone watching something in the bar. Had to find her to check out. All her hissing and sighing when there was no hot water at breakfast and again when we needed to use a translate app to get the instructions correct on which ticket to use where for the carpark nearby. A ticket we had to buy from her. She just wanted us to go. And even then, her instructions were not correct. In 4 weeks of travelling, the only person we have had an issue with.

Excellent location right in the heart of historic Toledo. The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. A good and very reasonably priced restaurant is practically on the doorstep, with many others close by. Toledo was the capital of the Visigothic kingdom and then the first capital of Christian Spain as the "Reconquista", the reconquest from the Muslims, advanced. It is thoroughly medieval and totally worth seeing. The cathedral is breathtaking! An absolute must! If you plan to proceed from Toledo to another city, e.g., Cordoba, bear in mind that you will have to go back to Madrid and travel from there. There are no direct buses or trains from Toledo except to Madrid. Toledo can be visited as a day-trip from Madrid if you are willing to get up early -the guided tours take place in the morning.

The narrow, winding, medieval streets of Toledo are complex to navigate -part of the charm of the Toledo experience is losing one's way in them! However, it would be helfpul if the Reception Desk had actual maps of the historic district instead of photocopies. It would also help if the staff, who don't themselves live in historic Toledo and are unfamiliar with "the maze", received training on how to reach the major tourist attractions. They are very friendly and helpful in providing information on tours, but are often unable to provide directions due to insufficient knowledge of the area surrounding the hotel.

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable staff at reception very helpful and car parking was 600 metres from hotel and with hotel discount €16 for overnight parking was great thank you all.

Finding the hotel was a bit difficult if hotel had given instructions,it was very straightforward once we got there Google maps dont work here !! Shutter didnt work in bed room so light coming in.Shower was awkward to get into and had very little power,phone on bedside table kept buzzing so had to disconnect so we could sleep,could hear other guests in their rooms,all in all it was a noisy experience.

The hotel was in an excellent central location, easy to tour the old town area. The staff were all excellent, the hotel very clean and we found it very quiet. The price was very good especially as it is a city centre hotel. The breakfast definitely worth 8euros and the parking price of 14e for 24 hrs excellent. We would definitely stay there again if in the area

The location was extremely great. Room and bathroom were big , clean.The staff was friendly. Wish more variety of breakfast. The hotel hasn’t been renovated or updated but one can’t complain about the good value. I will go back there again if I go to Toledo again!

The location was perfect for looking around the old town, the room was a little on the small side but adequate for a solo traveller. The breakfast (continental) was substantial with plenty of choices.

Having some English-speaking news channels would have been better and a kettle/coffee maker would have made the room close to perfect.

Room was small and basic but had everything we needed for a one night stay. AC worked well which was very important during summer in Spain! Location could not have been better - right in the center of the old city. Walking distance to everything.

Room was a bit dark, TV was quite small but these were not big issues for us

Great location if you're here to explore the atmospheric centre of Toledo. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was nice and comfy with all the expected facilities.

The bath could have had a plug to give the option of a bath instead of a shower. No real complaints though.

Friendly, helpful receptionist. Big, clean room, good location (in the old town), handy vending machine, great price.

No on site, secure parking. A public carpark is 10 mins walk from hotel, but it's not secure (someone damaged my bike there overnight). No coffee/tea service in room.

The room is great. Location is perfect. Close to all the shops and restaurants. The hop on hop off stop is just up the street. Breakfast included and food was awesome.

Beds are twin and separates when sleeping and roll on the middle. Pillows are very thin and offers no support.
