This hotel has only 3 stars but the staff and well appointed rooms make it seem like 5 stars. Large comfortable bed, enormous bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. I stayed on half-board terms, the buffet breakfast was excellent and copious in choices. Dinner was very satisfying with sufficient choices for each course, water, bread and agreeable wine included. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the escalator that takes you up to the old town and there is a free car park on the opposite side of the road. Note that both Satnavs and Google maps give incorrect directions when driving to the hotel!

Nothing not to like

Very close to elevators for access to amazing old town, but still on main road in to easy to find and navigate streets. Chose as midpoint between Santander and Malaga and an interesting stop. Buffet breakfast very good and easy for an early start for onward travel to malaga

As others have mentioned the undergrou d car park is very tight for a normal car, with some bays much too small to fit in. €10 is fair enough for peace of mind and secure easy access parking though. Room was hot even in january with heating off and window open. Possibly caused by minibar iced up and so running constant (no noise though

Lovely modern hotel. Worth paying extra for a terrace, which was large and had a good view of the Alcazar and Old Town. We paid to park in the hotel parking for 10 euro which had a lift to the bedrooms. We paid for half board which was good value, the evening meal was excellent and cost 30 euro for two of us. It included three beautifully cooked courses, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, I think you could buy this for 20 euro each if you just turn up. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was excellent, easy to get to from the motorway and a 500 metre walk to the elevators that take you up to the old town. We would stay here again.

Large spacious room with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom, Balcony overlooking interior courtyard was a nice surprise! Good soundproofing made it all very quiet for a busy business hotel. Excellent breakfast choices with a really good selection of nice things to eat !!!

Reception staff efficient but rather cool. Good underground car parking - BUT difficult to access in a large size car - BEWARE OF TIGHT BENDS!

Lovely hotel in a great location near to the sights of Toledo. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, Clean bathroom with free toiletries etc. Our room had a large balcony with views of some of Toledo. Easy to find. Free car park across the road. Great breakfast, very tasty and lots of choice.

The location is really good. It is near the entrance to Toledo's old town, the bus station is very close, and the taxi stop is right in front. Perfect for those having to take an early bus. The food at the cafeteria was very good. The room has a balcony. There is also a small refrigerator in the room with snacks available for purchase. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely stay there again.

There was very bad weather during my stay and was unable to enjoy the balcony, but that is not the property's fault. In fact, this is turned out to be a great place to be in a bad weather situation. The taxis were close by, which proved to be important with the bad weather. The cafeteria got crowded with people during the storm, which caused some delays in the service, but I did manage to eat some good food at a reasonable price while staying dry.

Great location, easy to find. We ended up staying in the same room we had last year which had a large terrace and great views. Parking was ok but a bit tight in a 4x4 going in and out but take your time and you can do it. The room was a good size with very good air con. The only downside was the bed was a bit uncomfortable and does need replacing. Breakfast was very good and we even had a evening meal here this time. We did book a table but when we went down to the restaurant reception had not passed the booking onto the staff. It wasn't a problem as they found us a table still. I guess he got side tracked lol It's about a 10 minute walk to the escalators that will take you up into the old town. We managed to visit the cathedral this time and took a tour around on the bus. If you walk a bit further up the road past the escalators you have amazing views of the river from the old bridge. We would stay here again next time we visit Toledo.

The hotel had a great location a short walk to the escalators up to the old town. There were plenty of little coffee shops around, the underground parking was spacious. The whole hotel was quiet and the staff were very helpful. The shower was very nice and good to be a walk in. It was good to change pillow a normal sized one not a long one that I am not used to. This allowed me to get a good sleep.

It would have been nice to see something from the window instead of 4walls.but I guess that made it quiet. The aircon seemed a bit hit and miss so at times the room was abit too warm despite turning it down. It seemed difficult to control.

Our stay was only one night because we were traveling, but this hotel was the correct choice. When compared to others, the price/quality seemed the best. The room was spacious, modern and the bed really comfortable and big. Others complain about the internet, but in my room (112) I had no issues. The location is ideal, because it is just outside the walls to the old town and thus away from all the confusion, but still close to get there walking.

The parking was definitely the worst thing. It is cramped, the corners are very tight and some parking spots just impossible to park in. All this with a small car. If I had a sedan or something similar, I would have had a lot more issues.

The size of the washroom AND how spacious, clean and modern it was (with wall-mounted soap dispensers). Pleasant and professional staff

We chose this hotel because it is one of the few in Toledo that is listed with Booking.com, that offers an indoor parking garage. We reserved a room and were soon told by the hotel staff that they cannot reserve nor guarantee a space, but would take note. (There is a free open-air lot very close.) In the end all worked out well. And, they went above and beyond to accommodate us.
