The hotel was well presented, modern & clean. The staff were friendly & courteous. The cleaning of our room on a daily basis, was excellent. The beds, pillows & sheets were spotlessly clean, with no odours & very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and in very good condition and cleaned beautifully, everyday.

Changing of the towels every 2 days. Whilst I do appreciate the "concerns of the environment" mantra. When you are visiting the beach everyday and showering twice a day you really do need clean towels everyday.

Liked that it was away from the town centre but close enough to town and beach. They have fridges in the room.

The pool was closed for maintenance, and didn’t reopen until the day before we left. As they filled it off the mains the water was freezing. I understand that this could not be helped but maybe a reduction in room cost might have been nice.

Located close to the paseo this hotel is of above average standard. The room was of ample size, clean and nicely decorated. Being on the third floor we had a view through surrounding buildings to the sea. The bar had a nice terrace enclosed by an awning and heated. Breakfast was extensive with a full choice of hot and cold items and a selection of teas. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were very efficient and very pleasant.

Fabulous location, very friendly reception staff and rooms are great since the refurbishment in recent years. Roof top solarium and pool are excellent and breakfast in their front terrace cafe is very good and great value for money. The 2 minute walk to the beach is wonderful on a hot sunny day and lots of choice restaurants near by.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff lovely. There is a cafe attached to the hotel but we found the service in the cafe did not come up to the standard of the hotel.

It's unfortunate that parking was difficult during our stay as there is no hotel carpark. As it was during the airshow period, finding a parking spot could be difficult.

Bed was too hard for us 😔 Swimming pool only opens from 11am till 20.00 Being fair skinned pool would have been great from 8am till 20.00

Location is good. One street back from the seafront. Many restaurants and cafes as soon as you walk out the door of the hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff very helpful and amenable - my husband bought me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday but the hotel didn’t have any vases so the housekeeper brought one in from her home. Our room was very clean as were the rest of the premises. Excellent shower (over the bath). At breakfast you gave your order to the young man who brought your food to your table. Hot food eg eggs and bacon or scrambled egg; fruit; selection of cereals and hot drinks.

The mattresses are firm so for me were too hard. We were in a quiet room (top floor/3rd floor at one corner of the hotel) - it was quiet, with a terrace, but during the night there was a droning sound which disturbed my sleep.

The location was great, a couple minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and festival area. The room had a fridge so we're able to keep some cool water in the room.

Air-conditioning was pretty much non existent, small pool area with few hammocks and hardly any shade. Expected more from a 4 star hotel but considering the price and location was pleased.

The staff are wonderful. Very accommodating. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Torre and wouldn't go anywhere else. Beds are firm. The linens are crisp. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms have been upgraded recently. You can see the sea from some of the rooms. I would highly recommend!

This trip was for 2 people and when I went to book there were only triple rooms , so we booked and they very kindly suggested we could be allocated a twin room with a balcony which was much better, so glad we did !!! It was perfect, comfortable and very clean and central to were we where going just a 3 mins walk to the festival we were attending.
