The hotel was well presented, modern & clean. The staff were friendly & courteous. The cleaning of our room on a daily basis, was excellent. The beds, pillows & sheets were spotlessly clean, with no odours & very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and in very good condition and cleaned beautifully, everyday.

Changing of the towels every 2 days. Whilst I do appreciate the "concerns of the environment" mantra. When you are visiting the beach everyday and showering twice a day you really do need clean towels everyday.

Liked that it was away from the town centre but close enough to town and beach. They have fridges in the room.

The pool was closed for maintenance, and didn’t reopen until the day before we left. As they filled it off the mains the water was freezing. I understand that this could not be helped but maybe a reduction in room cost might have been nice.

Fabulous location, very friendly reception staff and rooms are great since the refurbishment in recent years. Roof top solarium and pool are excellent and breakfast in their front terrace cafe is very good and great value for money. The 2 minute walk to the beach is wonderful on a hot sunny day and lots of choice restaurants near by.

Located close to the paseo this hotel is of above average standard. The room was of ample size, clean and nicely decorated. Being on the third floor we had a view through surrounding buildings to the sea. The bar had a nice terrace enclosed by an awning and heated. Breakfast was extensive with a full choice of hot and cold items and a selection of teas. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were very efficient and very pleasant.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff lovely. There is a cafe attached to the hotel but we found the service in the cafe did not come up to the standard of the hotel.

It's unfortunate that parking was difficult during our stay as there is no hotel carpark. As it was during the airshow period, finding a parking spot could be difficult.

The staff are wonderful. Very accommodating. I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Torre and wouldn't go anywhere else. Beds are firm. The linens are crisp. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms have been upgraded recently. You can see the sea from some of the rooms. I would highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, with central location approximately 5 minutes from the beach and even closer the main street. Great pool, larger than it looks in the photos. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety.

The drains in the bathroom smelt a bit like damp. The aircon also was not cold enough.

In a good location with all necessary facilities in a quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool area on the roof was nice. There is a nice coffee shop attached to the hotel where you can get an al la carte breakfast, lunch and drinks.

The location was great, a couple minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and festival area. The room had a fridge so we're able to keep some cool water in the room.

Air-conditioning was pretty much non existent, small pool area with few hammocks and hardly any shade. Expected more from a 4 star hotel but considering the price and location was pleased.
