Fantastic location, very clean and a modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant, it does get very busy so be mindful of wait times but the staff do a fantastic job to accomodate. The rooms were pleasant regularly cleaned, views were very nice. The check out time is 12pm which is fantastic for a later flight. The pool area is clean and very spacious, the pool table area is a nice touch. Close to local amenities such as metro/beach/local shops.

Potentially more vegan/vegetarian food options would be brilliant The room I booked did state double but there were two single beds when we arrived which moved around a lot. Not too much of a problem but not ideal.

Convenient location close to railway station and bus stop. Comfortable bed with a duvet and large pillows.

The bar with a view on floor 10 was never open when I checked and always had a sign that it would be open soon. In the room there was no comfortable chair, only a single hard plastic chair by the desk. The balcony was tiny. Breakfast was too busy with queues for the coffee machines and horrible juice. No porridge. The lifts were slow to arrive and often full. The shower room was very cramped because of a big shower with a big glass door and a big basin leaving no space to stand.

The actual hotel is very clean and tidy with a comfortable reception area, large bar area with nicely appointed furniture & seating. The dining area is nicely laid out with ample seating and the garden room is a nice touch (more for the hotter weather). The pool area is nicely maintained - again there is ample seating & sun beds with the addition of an annexed garden area for sun bathing. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was very good - I don't really understand the bad comments regarding the food - there was lots of choice and all very well presented and tasty with freshly cooked omelettes, fresh fruit & bread. There was something for even the fussiest of eaters in my opinion. Our room was at the back of the hotel (floor 7) overlooking the swimming pool with a sea view. We also had a very large wrap around balcony which provided views of the mountains to the back between the buildings. The room was clean & spacious with a large TV, kettle, sofa, chair & small table. Plenty of storage and good air con. The bed is huge! and very comfy. All the staff - without exception, were courteous, helpful and always smiling. The hotel is perfectly positioned with shops, bars & restaurants just around the corner, but far enough away not to be disturbed by party-goers, Torremolinos train station is just 250yds from the hotel which is fantastic for airport transfer at 2.30euro per person. The hotel also has a very nice sky-bar which is well worth a visit for a cheeky G&T!! All in all a very presentable, comfortable hotel for a short break in the sunshine - for the price - you cant go wrong.

The bathroom was a little small in comparison with the rest of the room and the shower gel holder/dispenser fell off the wall during the night (only stuck on the wall not screwed) which gave us a terrible fright! There was no "printed" information in the room detailing day to day itinerary of the hotel, local information or prices for the minibar etc.

The hotel is very conveniently located! The breakfasts were wonderful, tasty and varied! The reception staff were polite and attentive.

Unfortunately, during our entire stay at the hotel, and we stayed for 11 nights, the bed linen in our room was never replaced! So by the end of our vacation, the outlines of our tanned bodies appeared on the sheets, like on the Shroud of Turin! Yes, thank you, the maid carefully made the bed every day, rolling the duvet cover under the mattress, but this did not make the linen fresh. I assume that a four-star hotel should have different standards for changing bed linen. The cleaning of the floors in the room and bathroom also leaves much to be desired. We like to walk barefoot in our room and always take off our shoes when entering, so we constantly felt sand and dust on our feet, it was unpleasant and we had to wash our feet several times a day! But the towels were always fresh and clean.

The most important is that the staff is extremely great! Anyone we had a discussion, a problem solution or even just a kind chat was absolutely friendly, helpful and polite. Everything else just comes after it, like the perfect breakfast, a comfortable location of the hotel and the lack of noisy kids which made us happy (btw we left 4 kids at home :) )

Actually there are some things which may need some improvement. Our bed mattress was worn out at the hip area. I could place a bended towel under the mattress to compensate the dip which made it a bit better. Also the room door had visible gaps around the frame, which I believe could be noisy in the peak season if there is more movement in the corridor.

Location

Needs more outdoor sunloungers.. a lot of space being wasted for "exclusive" residents but not available others given that no current people using them -could be made available for general use when this is the case. Like wise cabana beds with attached prices.. if not being taken advantage of should be made available for general use later in the day..

Everything, good food good location, friendly and polite staff

Staff are lovely. So kind and friendly. These people are a great asset to the hotel. Reception and maintenance staff are brilliant. The key stopped working in my room and it was resolved super fast without drama. The room was nice, though lacking in some expectations of 4 star. There was a sign saying "enjoy coffee and tea as a courtesy" refill available at additional cost. There was no coffee in room

- lack of coffee in room. It is ridiculous to charge for refills of instant coffee. I have travelled to 53 countries and never been asked to pay for instant coffee. - a bottle of water should be left in each room in 4 star Hotel - I have 2 bookings this week similar price, one included breakfast the other didn't.

The hotel is very well located, because it is a little far from all the chaos of the city without being totally isolated. The room was big enough and the view was magnificent (you could see the sea from the 8th floor). The breakfast was good, with a big variety of fresh food. The staff in the reception is very helpful, thank you so much for making my stay memorable in this hotel!

The only thing was that I struggled a lot with the key cards: the problem was the card reader in the door (they changed my card twice and it still didn't work), and it took me 10 minutes to open the door every time.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights and it was a very good experience. We can definitely recommend it. The room is clean with a little balcony and the breakfast is nice. We even tried a Zumba class which was great especially thanks to Viktoria. It would have been even better if the classes were in the pool area. The staff in general is really friendly and welcoming. Very central location, just few minutes walking from the train station.

The walls are not very thick, you can hear quite a lot from your neighbors. It would have been even better if the Zumba classes were in the pool area and not in the gym.
