great breakfast, perfect location, friendly staff, good price, good size room with balcony and sea view.

the coffee was disappointing. I booked bed & breakfast but was told breakfast was extra when I arrived. unable to use the sun terrace or jacuzzi without paying for extras - not informed at time of booking. the mini bar was empty. water only supplied in the room on day one. the gym was tiny and didn’t have much equipment

Great central location, with a lift that takes you up to the town or down to the beach level. Modern renovated rooms were nicely decorated. Free safe. The pool area is nice and a real sun trap, pool is heated to 28c in the winter. Not so big so it could get crowded in high season.

It’s an old building and unfortunately they didn’t install soundproofing when it was renovated so you hear your neighbours. Some things felt a bit penny pinching, like a €3 daily charge for the use of pool towels and charging for replacement tea bags. In a 4 star hotel, these should be included. No glasses in the rooms, just cheap plastic cups in the bathroom. The beds were quite firm, could do with a softer mattress topper - I ended up using the spare duvet.

The location and layout was superb, we loved how easy it was to get into town and also the lower street exit gave access to the beach level. The rooftop restaurant and bars were an absolute delight, and the views were beyond fantastic. The room was was large and well equipped, good shower and bathroom, useful fridge and good view. Food was fantastic with excellent choice at buffet. Staff gave 110%, always friendly and willing to help.

Room felt underfurnished, only one easy chair - could have had another chair or sofa. Tea and coffee sachets in room should be replenished for free (they charged for extra sachets). Otherwise, could not fault the service provided.

Good pool area, friendly efficient check in, (usually offered a free drink upon arrival, tho they missed us this time) good location 6 or 7 minutes from the train station, nice rooms, very clean, buffet style breakfast and dinner which you can purchase if you haven't booked any meals. Lift to the beach level as this is a town centre hotel and the beach is down a hill via steps.

A little dated. But without tearing the place apart, its just the fabric of the building and style of it's day.

Location was excellent, a few minutes walk to beach Staff at hotel were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, restaurant host was very welcoming. All staff at reception were helpful. We had to contact reception at 3 am on first night as our neighbours appeared to be making a lot of noise and the night reception responded well to our call. Beds were comfortable we got a second pillow when we asked for it. Our room had a huge balcony. Handy to have a kettle and fridge in room.

Walls appear paper thin where everything happening next door/or overhead can be heard.

Great view, good sized pool - first one I've seen that's accessible for all. Spacious room, great shower, safe area and convenient for the beach/ train. Lots of pool beds and space, bar/food near the pool.

Air-conditioning didn't work properly - only cold air regardless of heat setting/ temperature. One light switch sparked and could not be used. Rooms not sound proof, hear people dragging furniture and their entire conversations all night. Pool is only open 10-6pm, even though daylight was 6am-9pm and warm enough esp with the heated pool. Fridge wouldn't keep anything cold. Charge for towels, and for tea bags/milk satchets. Smokers at the pool litter their butts around.

Hotel has access to the main street area of Torremolinos and an internal lift which brings you to beach level. In other hotels you need to use a public lift which you pay for daily. The hotel is very secure, I've stayed here also on my own and felt very safe. Breakfast is very good, plenty of variety and options to catering for all diet needs. Staff are excellent and attentive to you at all times. My room had balcony which was great, as in the evening times, it's nice to sit privately in the outdoors

There was nothing that I dis-liked or would feel the need to improve

Everything was amazing for a relaxing fun filled mini vac .. Food was great .. Bali Beds were perfect for a hangover snooze .. easy reach for beach as the hotel entrance is the top floor, in centre of Torremolinos, the bottom straight out to beach level , staff great and friendly.

I did not.like the new system of topping up your key to order at the pool bar, but they took cards so just remember change for tips .. Also think the pool bar could open a little bit earlier, 12-4 seemed a little mean , but these were personal opinions and did not detract from the stay.

It was my second time staying here and it was as good as the first time. We did Half Board so dinner was also included and we enjoyed the variety of foods on offer each day. For a little bit extra I found it great value and would recommend it. The hotel is only a 3 minute walk from the Train Station and about 15 minutes from the airport so it's very easy to get to. The Staff are fantastic and so friendly, probably the thing that would stand out the most about this hotel. They really are a great bunch. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, especially if you go out the back entrance near the Pool as you can avoid having to walk down all the steps from the street - and saves you having to walk all the way back up too! All in all a great hotel, near to the beach and with top class staff. I will return again and again :-)

I think the main selling point of the hotel is the placement and the two entrances one for the beach and another for the town. Torremolinos is on a steep hill and the city proper is separate from the beach area. The beach can normally be reached by stairs or a lift (EUR 0.5) to use per person. The hotel elevator links the city and the beach which allows for fast and painless travel between the two areas. The hotel is within walking distance from the train that can take you to the airport or to Malaga. Breakfast is fine and served until 11 and check out at 12 which was perfect for us. During check-in, we were served some cava which was a nice touch.

The pool (and the pool area) closes at 7 pm, while the sun goes down at 10 pm, so any evening dip is out of the question. For an adult-only hotel, it is a little strange. The beach towel renting service at the hotel is a scam. It costs EUR 3 per day to rent a towel which can easily amount to EUR 21 per person per week, while a new beach towel in a store next door costs EUR 6.50. The rooms are a little dated, the walls could use some paint and the furniture could use an update. The carpets in the corridors leading to the rooms are beyond saving.
