The staff is very friendly and prompt. The internet connection worked well. The access to facilities of Ritual is a good feature and makes a total difference. Breakfast was amazing.

The room categorization is not very clear and my room had a window leading directly to a fire staircase, didn’t feel very safe but not a big issue. Good to note that the staff at the sister hotel (Ritual) is very different and remains arrogant and queen-ish (same as last years, nothing changed there- they clearly enjoy celebrating their own selves and their muscled friends; the guests who pay the very expensive prices are not celebrated..)

The pool area was the best for me. The staff there were so friendly. The place was super, super clean, rooms, pool area, reception area.

Household staff, although not fully their fault, were quite noisy in the mornings, hitting walls in other rooms with brushes and separating beds. Not fully their fault as the walls seem to be paper thin. I could hear toilets flushing in the rooms next to me. There could also be a light installed as you walk into the rooms outside the toilet. It's quite dark there all day, even with curtains open.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Torremolinos. Clean and comfy rooms,nice pool area and excellent breakfast options. Excellent location. The staff are excellent,helpful and always polite and friendly. (A special mention for Jesus in the pool bar,always great fun and a lovely guy).

You get what you pay for,cheap and cheerful hotel in the heart of Torremolinos. No complaints from me 🙂

I booked here because I needed a place to rest and work a few hours in the morning with the laptop, and it was perfect. Bed and pillow were comfortable, the wifi worked well, the little desk with chair was enough for a few hours. In the center of Torremolinos, quite close to the station. In front of it there is a McDonald's.

The room didn't look the newest one, and the window is on a emergency star, so not really good to keep open or for the view, but it's a detail.

My room was very bright, spacious and stylishly decorated, with separate dressing area. Very comfortable bed and bathroom perfectly adequate. All hallways were painted in bright colour schemes and it gave the whole hotel an energetic vibe. I used the gym which has quality equipment and managed a 20 min swim in the shallow pool which has fabulous views. Everywhere spotlessly clean. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, whilst being very professional. I had stayed in the hotel previously when it was called something else and would congratulate the owners on their canny make over!

Had no idea what "Ritual Friendly" meant! Not in Cambridge/Oxford dictionary!! Have better idea now but do not let this put you off! Everything was perfect.

We like the location as we chose to be in the centre of Torremolinos. Its a nice small hotel. We had a room with no balcony but it was fine because we spent time on the roof top by the pool where we always got beds. It may get a bit crowded if it was busy though. The room was comfortable enough. The gym was small but had adequate equipment to do a free weight work out. You are allowed to use the ritual hotel which is a 5-10 min walk away.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with wonderfully kind service! Perfect location, would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was also nice and the price was alright!

The strong blue lights in the corridor were a little off putting, and my window didn't close properly - but definitely not major things!

Great location,with a balcony overlooking a busy street,great for people watching. Room was clean,a good size and a very comfortable bed. Rooftop bar very nice for a few drinks after a day out and very friendly barman.

Some very strange colour choices in bedroom, bathroom and rather poor paintwork. Breakfast was poor with only some people being offered a hot option,I gave up on it after second morning of coffee machine breaking down.

Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect. Personell very professional and very welcome, specially in the roof bar...for all 10 stars! The thing we could use swimming pool in Rituals was perfect.

It is not a critique but would be convenient for travellers with late/er fligt to have shower possibility before departure. Some small things (ex: night lamps...) in rooms would make them more comfy.
