This was my second visit to this hotel. As before: - personnel was friendly and helpful - meal very tasty and with a good choice - price is very good for such a good quality - short simple way to the beach

The only real problem in this hotel is the ants. First time 3 years ago we didn't suffer too much. This time it was worse. A lot of ants both in the living room and bathroom... On the bright side, the personnel is very helpful and when we were sick and tired from ants they did an urgent cleaning in our room with an anti-ant gel. It helped for 1 or 2 days... )

Ideal location with both new and old town accessible , just round corner from bus and taxi terminal

Neptuno is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody meets you with a smile and hello. Very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, we with had one with oceanview and view of the old town. Will be happy to stay there again.

My only complaint is the awful lounge-muzak, which goes on all over the hotel during daytime. You meet the muzak in the corridors and in the outside terrace/pool...sleepy, dull, awful muzak - bad singers doing coverversions of standard popsongs. Same tapes every day. Really, We are in Spain - if you have to play music, play sone local stuff.

Great room, very smart and comfortable, with a small fridge and outdoor area. Bathroom was also very good, nice shower and good mirrors. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great altho recommend getting there early before the queue for the coffee machine! Evening meals were good, some nights more to our liking than others but a good deal and glad we chose it. Enjoyed sitting around the pool in the afternoons and having a drink in the bar, food was good there too! Tossa de Mar was a lovely place, great walks nearby and very pretty. Nice to walk up to the Lighthouse in the evening too. Also the hotel has a handy room for leaving luggage until our afternoon transfer and they had good entertainment one night we were there. Really close to the bus station too.

Would have liked to be able to have breakfast and evening meals a little earlier.

We loved the location. Up a small hill but it was close to everything but quiet. The room was basic but clean. We had a balcony but we were facing another balcony so we didn’t use it which was disappointing. Breakfast was good although it was always very busy.

Dinner was late, 8 o’clock, which meant everyone was waiting to go into the dining room. I didn’t enjoy the long queues for the hot meal selection. It felt like a school dining room.

The grounds and pool with Balinese beds are great. Lots of peaceful places to relax. Not just beds by pool A really good location in a peaceful area. Lots of choice at breakfast. Very clean rooms. All round excellent value.

Coffee and bacon at breakfast poor, but lots of other choice. Beds are a little hard, and room decor a bit dated, but we still slept well.

We were travelling by bicycle and the hotel had a room for keeping our bikes with hangers to lock them up and tools and equipment in case of any repairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was varied and tasty.

Travelling on a motorcycle, I was allowed to park on the back for free. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean and modern hotel. Excellent location, around 5 minutes from the beach, multiple restaurants within 5 minute walk. Fast check-in, only a couple of minutes from my reservation.

Room was a bit cold but extra blanket was provided.

the food in this hotel is excellent and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is also great (in fact I consider this to be the best hotel in Tossa de Mar.

Pool felt a little cold for many but otherwise every thing was great.
