- perfect location - really tasty food and good variety of food. It was different menu every day we were there. Lots of seafood, lots of fruit. I am a picky eater but I always had what to eat - it’s clean everywhere - good bathroom - comfortable beds - nice stuff (expect of reception)

- receptionists are rude and insincere, esp. women. They don’t want to help you. When I asked about the excursion, she simply gave me the book with lots of ads and said that I could check it by myself. - old furniture, rooms need renovation - they don’t give bottles of water (only on the day of arrival) -you can here noise from the other rooms or from the street - the door in the bathroom closes itself, you can’t settle it that’s why it’s always wet there

Hotel in nice plaats (10min to the sea), the room is smal but for family enough .In hotel goed kitchen the food is delicious, very friendly restaurant staff. Nice swimming pool .

Bed smell in the halls before rooms. The hotel needs renovation, especially the corridor on the 3rd floor

The room was good, very basic but big and clean. The pool is nice, however it's smaller than it seems on the photos. No entertainment during the day, not even any background music at the pool area that makes it's a bit boring. The food options were ok, but nothing special or exciting.

The street view rooms face the road where the rubbish bins are being cleaned 4 times per night - and it's noisy and will definitely wake you up at night all 4 times. The reception asked to send a booking confirmation to the hotel email refusing to check the system with the confirmation number, or the guests names. It was the first time I was asked to resend my hotel confirmation to the hotel worker (not just show but resend). 4 star hotel would know better how to check their booking systems.

Friendly staff, good choice of fresh food at breakfast and dinner, 5 - 10 minute walk to town. Very good value for money. If you're looking for a reasonably priced 4 star hotel, this hotel should be on your shortlist.

As some others have said, the rooms are a big dated.

Food was good a variety always something you could enjoy.

Perhaps the reception desk could have been a bit more helpful with my transfer problem. I know it was not to do with the hotel but not speaking Spanish It was more difficult to explain. I did resolve it but a bit of help would have been appreciated.

The staff are fabulous, they are very friendly, welcoming and highly efficient. They made extra fuss of my little boy which is always appreciated. the staff in the dining area were great. The cleanliness was outstanding and the fun provided by the entertainment crew was a laugh. we will be back again.

There is a swimming pool. Short walk to the beach. Quiet area even though it obviously is a coastal town and may be noisy at night.

Crowded in general. Lots of people in the restaurant which can make it a bit unpleasant or stressing because of chaos at the buffet area. The only jacuzzi available was often full with too many people.

All meals were exceptional I was so sorry I didn't book through hotel for to get free passes for spa. I didn't realise I could do that . I didn't read through it properly. I will do it next time
