This was a great stay! The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very on top of it. Also, the location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was easy and to be able to wake up to a wonderful breakfast every morning was amazing. They also gave us new towels in our room everyday! Great staff.

The only thing that I had a small issue with, was the sewage smell on the first night. Our bathroom had a sewage smell so we kept our window opened which definitely helped. However, after the first night the smell went away and it was totally fine the rest of the trip!

The location and the staff were fantastic. Also we were very impressed that the hotel made sandwiches for us on the morning we left hotel as we wouldn’t have been able to have breakfast.

We stayed in the quadruple room. We were two adults with two teenagers . One bathroom . I think our room would benefit from an extra mirror for getting ready in the bedroom whilst the bathroom is occupied.

This is a lovely little hotel. We had a great room with a terrace overlooking the beach and castle. This room is a great size for small families/groups. Breakfast was very good, and the staff very friendly.

There was a lot of steps up to the room but that is balanced by the great view from the terrace. Our room could have been cleaned more often. The lady only came quite late in the afternoon, which didn't suit us as we were having a siesta.

Loved it’s location and was very clean. bedding and towels everyday. Breakfast was nice and fresh every morning. We where very lucky to have a sea view room which we would book again.

The only thing that let it down really was the air conditioning. It was very temperamental when it came on and was quite noisy.

Location was amazing. The beach is like across the road, the view is breathtaking. Loved the lunch in the restaurant - was truly tasty. We stayed for one night - since we wanted to explore the city - the benefit is that everything you need to see in Tossa is right near the hotel.

The shower is really small. Also - we were missing some place to put the wet clothes after the beach.

The hotel is right by the beach looking at the gorgeous view of Tossa de Mar castle and seaside. Staff is great, they help you with your requests like keepin the luggages in the back, providing you with umbrella for daily usage etc. Price-value ratio is great. Obviously there is couple things that can be improved, but as you would stay here for a couple days, all is good. I will be back.

I was travelling solo, so the room size was good for me but it could be slightly small for a couple. The bathroom is indeed small, the sink especially can be improved in terms of size. The blanket is basically the cover of the bed, which I didn't like. I would prefer a newly washed summer blanket. The towels should be renewed too, they are old.

Great seaside location, next to a wonderfully preserved castle. Beautiful seaside village with many lovely shops. All range of food prices at restaurants.

Booking's initial rate was less than what I was charged. I messaged rep who grilled me about the price I saw and had me provide evidence of the lower price. The rep had to take it up to a higher level. I was finally told that the lower rate would be honored I'd be refunded/credited the difference after the hotel stay. I still cannot locate any evidence of a refund/credit.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with a flexible and nice staff to have and care for us. We had breakfast included what was great and good quality. The room was clean and well equipped for our stay there. All in all absolutely recommended. :)
