Palacio San Fernando

It was lovely to get a welcoming text from Sara before we arrived. Then when we reached the hotel we got a lot of information about Utrera, places to eat nearby, sites to visit marked on a map. María accompanied us to our room to show us how the electricity worked etc. All the staff were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

It would have been nice to have a wardrobe in our room not just a stand with coat hangers. It would have been pleasant to unpack completely as we were staying for 6 nights.

the beauty of the palace, the decoration and the warm welcome we received by Omar on our late check in. very easy to park right at the door. the room exceeded our expectations, super spacious and comfortable, small balcony and lots of toiletries. the bed is huge and extremely comfortable, we had a great sleep. complementary breakfast was really good served in a lovely café down stairs. Utrera is a lovely village with easy commute to Sevilla and Sierra de Grazalema and white villages. definitely best option to spend a few days in Andalucía exploring without having to pay the crazy prices in sevilla city. thanks 🙏

Pleasant ambience, rather stylish common areas, with a gallery on the upper floor overlooking a kind of indoor courtyard. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a nice scent of orange blossom (?) in the corridors. The room has a wireless charging station. There are also two standard usb charging sockets “hidden” under the fridge. These proved very useful when one of our chargers failed.

You have to be careful with the shower as it can overflow onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast options are understandably a bit more limited than in some larger hotels, but service is very friendly and personal.

The confortable room with a nice view under old street. Also the staff was really kindly with us, always helped in our questions. The best quality service. The breakfast delicious and variety of options to taste. 😋

This cute Hotel is exceptional, the only they don't offer dinner, but is not big issue since around have different options for this meal.

The location was excellent as was the character of the building. We really liked our spacious room too . The staff on the reception desk each day were extremely friendly and helpful.

A little more variety in the fruit, bread and cereals would have been welcome, but we learned that breakfast is a less important meal than it is at home, so we adapted !

The hotel is amazing, good design very modern. The beds are very comfortable. The amenities are sufficient. It is in the city centre, a walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The breakfast could have more healthy choice, such as a muesli to put on the iogurt or some dark bread. Although the service is very efficient, In my opinion it is better to have also fresh bread avalaible to be picked up individually (and not toasted bread that you have to ask to the service man).

Beautiful patio, really enjoyed having breakfast there.

I didn't really get the situation with parking. It was stated that if you reserve a parking then it would be 10 euros a night. But when I came and asked about the parking I was told that I can park anywhere on the street the main is to avoid parking near the yellow curb. Luckily in a few blocks from the hotel there is a small square with decent parking lots

Staff was very friendly, specifically Maria who also took care of breakfast. Very clean hotel in a quiet street. Location was in the center, which is convenient when looking for dinner.

Our visit was in end of November, where the temperature in the room became uncomfortable. Like many Spanish hotels no heating was present. We could park the car in a free parking lot, 8 minutes walk at the end of the street. Would appreciate a cabinet for cloths, instead of an open rack.

Lovely reception area, the staff was was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was great. We visited in mid- November and enjoyed our stay on a Sunday night with the nearby plazas filled with people and outdoor restaurants serving dinner. The breakfast was filling. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice.

location was excellent. the staff was very professional. Beds & shower very comfortable and excellent and a quiet location. the ambulance fantastic with a roof terrace with a great view and service.
