It was good value for money. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious. Beds were extremely comfy. The food was really nice, lots of choice and fresh. Breakfast and dinner was a pleasure.

We had ants in our room who even went into our bags. Its more of a teens kind of hotel. The pool was a bit hazy because of a lot of sun lotion. There were lots of people (teens, schools or so) screaming and playing games in the pools and loud music. The Animators were very strict and distributed their own balls to play with. We were not allowed any inflatables for our kids. It kind of felt that our freedoms were taken away. The towels cost 10€/ deposit each. The entrace to the hotel scared us a bit (90ies style, rusty) but inside was nice.

The pool was excellent and definitely the highlight of the hotel, plus there were so many loungers for everyone! Our rooms were perfectly comfortable and spacious - no complaints there at all and we all had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and thankfully all spoke amazingly good English - we were ashamed of our poor Spanish attempts but they were all very kind to us! The breakfast buffet in the mornings was plentiful and sinfully sweet...

We felt the food in the evenings was a bit bland and not overly varied. There was a lot of choice, but it was virtually the same options every evening. We understood the economics for the hotel behind it, but would have preferred a little difference each night.

Everything was just great, budget friendly, breakfast for all tastes, the room was big and very functional, the beds were huge and comfortable, the pool was ok, I spent just a few hours there, but is a plus if you want to cool yourself after a long, warm day.

I did not like the way you had to get in the restaurant for breakfast. There is a lady there with a bunch of lists with all the names and room numbers and she allows you to get in when telling the room number. It makes you feel weird, like you are being suspicioned that you are trying to get breakfast without paying! Also, you have to stay in the line because she does not find you on the list so quickly! Maybe another method for getting in for breakfast would be much elegant, maybe a bracelet or anything else, there are many models to be followed at other 4 stars hotels!

The gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful. Reception area was nice.

Bedroom Terrace could do with a power wash or paint . Terrace door was hard to open .Perhaps there should be a step on each side of the door to accommodate older people getting in and out of terrace. We were late arriving to check in at hotel arriving at 2am in the morning which meant that we missed our dinner on the first night ( half board basis ) . Of all our holidays and extensive travel over the last 20 years, we have not been charged the following day to have a lunch to make up for that missing dinner on the night of check in. However , the Hotel still charged us and this we were happy with.

Very relaxed and don’t have to leave the hotel if you wanted to have a pool day. Pool bar and leisure available at the hotel. Also have a shop in the hotel and around the corner. If you turn left at the hotel and walk through the right hand side of the park there’s also a dog park. ☺️ Would definetly return. Staff are friendly and will accomadate your need to the best of their ability.

The last night our room got a leak, and have to move rooms at midnight. But we were generously upgraded to a suite on the bottom floor. So wasn’t that big of a deal really. Was sorted out within 2 minutes.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were big enough and beds were comfy. Great pool as well to refresh during the hot summers.

A/C in the room was not the best. Also the bathroomdoor has no lock. The bathroom window had no blinds or a faded layer to prevent people from outside seeing you inside. A tip for the picknick package: a better mix should be considered (like orange juice instead of peach). Also it would be a bonus if the hotel would sell the Tussam cards, as you need Public Transport to get to and from the hotel/city.

The pool area was fantastic! Big area, not congested, sunbeds always available (mid June), lovely large trees for shade but also had the option of a parasol, size of pool and baby pool perfect. Nice atmosphere and good music playing. Food at the pool bar was great and staff were efficient and friendly. Cash machine and vending machines available in reception (very handy). Taxi rank right outside hotel. Orange juice at breakfast was delicious.

Lots of choice at breakfast but quality wasn’t to my liking. Bitty and overdone scrambled eggs, bacon underdone, pastries were too dry and too sweet (with a glaze). Wish they had provided tables for sunbeds.

The hotel was just a little bit out of the centre (40 mins walk/ 10 Euro cab ride), but it was spacious and having the pool in hot weather was 100% worth it! The pool area was great, enough sunbeds, nice grounds.... you don't get that very often in a city centre. Breakfast was very good too... we were a large group and everyone enjoyed it. Bar open in the evenings for a night-cap. A brilliant choice for a city center hotel if you don't need to be right in the middle of town. Cabs into and out of the centre were easy enough for us to locate.

Nothing really. Distance from middle of town was more than adequately compensated for by the hotel facilities.

Good spreads at the buffet. The pool was really nice as were the restaurants in the hotel.

The fitness center opening hours and equipment. I went up one evening and the only machine to lift weights was broken. In a 4 star hotel I'd have expected a bench and some dumbbells so I could have gotten a small workout in a few times a week. No AC in the fitness center which I thought was odd considering the AC in each guest room being present. This is the only gripe I had otherwise the stay would have been perfect.

although the hotel is very large and when we arrived there were long lines at the reception and we had to wait accordingly until check-in, the staff was friendly, competent and helpful at all times and answered all questions. The room was well equipped (for my needs) and sufficiently large. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to the Betis Sevilla stadium is unbeatable. Parking in the underground garage (for a fee) is also very convenient. Breakfast was buffet style and there was something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. I can recommend the hotel, especially if you intend to attend a soccer match at Betis Sevilla.

Unfortunately, one of the elevators was broken and it took a bit longer to get to one of the upper floors (a bit difficult with luggage). The hotel is a bit noisy. But otherwise everything was perfect.
