Hotel Mozart

The room was spacious and very clean with a nice view. The bed was big and comfortable, we slept well in it. The location was absolutely great and near everything. Most of the staff were helpful and nice. Nothing wrong with the hotel!

The breakfast is served in the cafe at the hotel, and it's Spanish type. It includes a coffee, orange juice and your choice of an item (for example tostada, omelette, croissant, yogurt). It's alright, but not very filling and got boring in a longer stay. I would much prefer even a small breakfast buffet and a chance to have a second cup of coffee.

the cleaning rate is infinite!!! everyday without exception, the room was cleaned and all towels and bed sheet were changed, that’s something incredible for a three star hotel

staff doesn’t speak English, that was a huge problem. maybe that was the reason for them to serve the same breakfast everyday: one slice of toasted bread, butter and same marmalade.. also there is nothing in the room as complimentary (tea, instant coffee, even water heater) and no minibar

The location is super. Staff were very helpful in directing us by phone.

Follow Sat Nav - it tells you to turn left down what appears to be no entry / restricted access. As a tourist staying there you can go down the street and follow signs to the hotel. Th see parking in January 2024 was €9.90. The included breakfast is limited- 1 pastry or toast or one piece of fruit (an apple or kiwi for me) or a yogurt- the OR means one choice - plus fruit juice and a coffee. Sufficient if meagre.

- Staff were really helpful. - Comfy bed and quiet room. - Room clean. - Good shower. - Easy to walk around the centre of Valladolid, everything is nice and close. - Parking is good once you find your way.

Hotel can be a little hard to find if you're driving. A good tip is once you find the turning onto the pedestrian street (Calle Constitucion) don't worry about the no entry sign (it indicates that access to hotels is fine). Once you get there you can easily pull up next to the hotel and they'll show you where the parking entrance is.

The hotel is very centrally located close to everything to see and do in Valldolid. The Plaza Mayor is a 5-minute walk and so is the Plaza de Zorilla and Campo Grande park. The House of Cervantes Museum is 2 minutes away and the Pisuerga river and bridges, close-by as well. Staff was very friendly, the room was small but extra comfortable, spotless clean, temperature was right, and there was a small balcony! The streets where it is located are pedestrian ways, so it's a perfect place! Highly recommended!

Only a little thing was that since my room was on a 1st floor, and it was a Saturday night, the noise from the street was quite audible. There were teenagers coming out of pubs/clubs and it sounded quite loud inside the room.

Amiable and professional staff, very nice building exterior as well as very convenient location with clean and comfortable facilities: in the city centre, surrounded by convenient stores ( including a great department stores). Room and bathroom were clean, airy and comfortable (including beds). Note that the hotel is located in the pedestrianised street in Valladolid so car traffic is restricted to those accessing properties (including hotels). Read street signage and ring hotel if necessary - they will reassure and explain how to reach the hotel. There is limited hotel parking and there are public underground parking areas nearby.

This is a great hotel at a great location. Uncomplicated parking just around the corner in a secured underground garage (one has to drive a few 100 m through the pedestrian area, but that was no problem), even bigger car easy. Generous room layout, huge double beds. Very helpful staff at the receptionist. Breakfast small, but for EUR 3,60 totally okay; one even gets offered a choice. And all this in a great city. A lot for the money. Very much to recommend !

Perfect location, only a short walk from the main centre and quiet as well that we didn't hear any traffic. The staff were amazing and really friendly and remembered us each day and made us feel very welcome. The standard was very high and we would definitely come back.

That we couldn't stay longer! There was nothing to fault, our experience was amazing and there isn't anything we can think of to improve the experience.

Great location, clean and modern rooms, good and very cheap breakfast ( you van choose different versions), private underground garage, but the best part of stay was friendliness of personal:) We would like to thank also to manager of hotel for patience and understanding in some difficult for us situation:) Abrazo muy fuerte para la Señora de limpieza de nuestra planta❤️

Everything was OK

Mario on reception was particulary helpful, finding me a parking space. The room was adequate although small, but with efficient aircon and WIFI. 45 degree temperature outside. Ample breakfast. Right in the centre.

Not the hotel's fault, but the insistence by planners on increased pedestrianisation making it difficult for motorists to get to central hotels. My Satnav got particularly confused. Perhaps they haven't realised that if I have to stay outside the city, I won't travel in for sightseeing or shopping.
