The staff was friendly and they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout for a last walk around the city. The location was very safe and pretty, close to the train and bus stations, although somewhat far from the main attractions. Rooms were very clean, well soundproofed and the amenities in the bathrooms were adequate. The view from the windows was pleasant, and the elevator looks great, Beds were comfortable.

The rooms were too small, we (3 people) had a lot of trouble opening our bags inside the room. The security box is small, a 15'' laptop doesn't fit inside it. Since it's one of the most common things travellers store, it could be a simple and welcome improvement.

The room was spacious, spotless clean and comfortable. Really appreciated the fact that you could open the windows and see the green canopy of the street below.

Breakfast was enough quantity but could have more quality. The selection of fruit was poor for a 4 start hotel. Not related to breakfast... We got a fine because we parked on a free space in front of the hotel which apparently would need to pay a fee a display the ticket. We had never been there, so we had no idea. The hotel could make this information clearer to the guests. The hotel itself also has a car park (we enquired afterwards) which costs 14 euro per night. Expensive, but cheaper than the 90 euro fine that we got.

What I love about this property is the underground parking, the friendly staff and the location on my route when traveling from France to southern Spain.

The air conditioning didn’t get as cold as we would have liked, so it was warmer than we prefer when sleeping. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many options for non-pork eaters and there were no vegetables. The self-serve coffee machine was not good either.

It’s my 4th stay in Silken Juan de Austria. The staff is always great! The secure parking is a plus and the bed make the stay even better.

We stayed on the 8th floor this time I’m a room facing the sun when it rises. I’m one those people who need total darkness to sleep, and the blackout curtains on the room were not quite effective. So I woke up earlier than I wanted to after only sleeping a few hours.

Facilities were great Luxurious feel Good breakfast

- Location was far from the centre but there’s a bus station at 3 min walk that can get you to the centre within 20 mins - We were charged for a third person (double room with extra bed) despite choosing on booking.com that we were 2 adults and an 8-month old. The hotel wouldn’t reduce the price.

The hotel is modern, very clean and the staff are lovely. The underground parking is secure and convenient. The accessible rooms are large with good wheelchair accessible bathroom. The breakfast is good with a lot of choice. The bar is lovely for a drink or good light meals too. The hotel is on an attractive wide street and about 10 min walk from the city centre of Valladolid.

The hot breakfast food was not very hot because the heaters don’t work that well. I thought the bedroom could have had more wardrobe and drawers but our room was an accessible one so might have been different in others.

when I booked I wanted a hotel woth a pool and a gym. when I did a search the hotel came up with photos of the “pool” and pool area, so I booked there, to be told later that there is no pool, that it is only a fountain, showing the fountain as a pool on your website is misleading, please identify it clearly that is is not a pool for swimming.

The hotel was awesome! Staff are very helpful! The server at the restaurant was rude but didn't really affect our hotel experience

The parking was a little awkward. We sat at the restaurant attached to the hotel and as we didn't speak Spanish the server looked at us funny and walked away. She never came back so we left.

We only stayed for one night on our drive from Portugal to Santander. The hotel is very centrally located in Valladolid, and everything about our stay was excellent. The double room was very comfortable, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. The array of choice at the buffet breakfast was excellent.

On breakfast, please tell your staf be quite when clean the table after breakfast and refill others. Breakfast is time to relax. Best regards. Your client.
