I loved the quirkiness of this 1970s hotel, it was like an ocean liner in the mountains. I love the location and views perfect. The staff were ever so welcoming and helpful.

Room a bit dated and very dusty with a fe Foisty smell upon arrival. Shower a d bathroom very dated. Apart from that it is a fab hotel with great staff.

We liked the hotel very much. The equipment was older but functional. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Good beer. Pool after skiing is great. Billiards, bar. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff who go above and beyond what is expected. Ski slope within easy driving distance.

Location is perfect. Nice and quit. The hotel is old and has some beautiful features. The staff was the best part (everyone very welcoming, nice and fun). For bikers - you can keep your bikes in the skis room which is great.

I wish all rooms had balconies. Missing coffee/tea in the room. At a 4 star I would expect that. Also mini fridge was empty.

Although the hotel could do with a bit of a refurbish, it was absolutely spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Great breakfast too. Friendly & helpfull staff. very well situated in Vielha, on the frindge of the town, so it very quiet away from the busy town center but very close to walk too.

Location was great, with great views. The size of room was excellent and the feeling was of a comfortable room. Bathroom very clean. Parking was available in front of the hotel. Both meals, breakfast and dinner were buffet and were excellent, with great variety and everything very fresh. The personnel always eager to help. Internet worked fine and it was free.

We liked everything, very pleased

The room was amazing, a huge room with a king size bed, a bath, an additional small room with a desk and couch. Really nice.

The coffee at the breakfast was from machine, not really tasty

The hotel is perfectly located and great value for the money. We took the half board option and both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. Very friendly staff.

It’s a bit outdated. Furniture from the 70s and pool not inviting. Our room was tiny.

We had a very comfortable stay here. Lovely view of the forest behind the hotel and the room was very comfortable. We were in Vielha for a mountain race that had a very early morning start and the staff kindly set up a coffee machine in the lobby for runners staying there. The breakfast was varied and overall very nice.

The hotel is right outside Vielha, so a short walk to the city centre.

The breakfast quality and services were excellent. I love its location and that amazing view to the mountain!

Most of the staff was nice. Swiming pool was closed when we get there. (It closes so soon and opens in late morning) I really wanted to enjoy it but no chance to try it because of its limitted hours! There was no mineral water in room! No shampoo in the bathroom! (It was empty).

Interesting building with good facilities. Staff were genuinely fantastic and really did there best to help us when my partner lost her phone in the town (which we got back, thanks largely to the help of the hotel).

Dinner a little pricy!
