The location could not have been better! A bit of noise because it was right on the busy square, but it's to be expected when you're in the middle of everything. Turned the fan on and the noise didn't disrupt my sleep. Everything I needed was within a 5 minute walk. The coffee stand and fresh water available at all times was great. The staff was very helpful and kind!

Laundry in the hotel would have been a great plus, but the staff was very helpful directing me to the closest laundromat.

Furst and foremost the reception team were brilliant, Carmen was very informative, friendly and really polite whilst professional, she made a great impression and gave a wonderful first impression so huge thank you Carmen, hope to see you again next time, you do a great job, thank you. Although the room was basic it spotlessly clean, had everything we needed although a little fridge wouldn’t go amiss, the shower was great, the bed comfy too. Excellent location (can be a bit noisy but I still slept pretty well) on the square with plenty of bars/ restaurants, shopping etc within seconds of walking out the door. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff, Carmen who I seen the most, He Tor was friendly too and the cleaner Sandra was great and got me extra pillows as soon as I requested. The location and the cleanliness spot on.

Great spot as part of our Camino. The location is fantastic (super central) and the staff were incredibly helpful. Coffee and water in the morning was a great way to start our walking. Carmen, the receptionist, was so helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend this spot!

Nothing - the hotel is great value, perfect location with very cute/clean rooms.

Location - amazing; overlooking the main square; easy to get to the bus if you want to go to the beach but not get a cab; Monte O Castro for a 360* view, close to all shops whether groceries, mementos, clothes etc. Room is basic but comfy (there was no bin though which I found strange); selection of lovely teas and a coffee machine in the lounge so all really good!

We were upgraded to a corner room on the top floor, with views to the sea and over the plaza. Carmen welcomed us and was really warm and helpful during our stay. If we come back to Vigo we will stay here again.

Noise from the plaza late at night due to a football game. Not the hotel's fault, but due to the otherwise great location.

While biking the Camino de Portuguese, we stayed in Vigo one night and the location couldn't have been better. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful - to the point where they directed us to one of the best meals of our entire trip.

Perfect location. Spacious room but with little amenities (no own air con/heating, no fridge, no safe). Staff was nice. Complimentary coffee/tea/cookies corner on first floor.

Had a room heading to Plaza Constitucion. Maybe as it was Christmas or just weekend: live music playing, quite noisy until around 11pm.

Wonderful small hotel in Vigo's city center, close to many bars, restaurants and the sea, We went to Restaurante Kero, run by a Peruvian chef. Fantastic, truly original cuisine, great service and super friendly people. Just like in this hotel: super friendly, helpful people!

We had a third floor room with balcony overlooking the Praza de Constitucion where we enjoyed drinking coffee, eating a snack, and watching the cafe and foot traffic below. The building, staff, location in the heart of the old town, and surrounding cafes all made for a wonderful stay. We nearly changed our plans to stay and enjoy an extra day and night here.

It's a really nice and clean hotel, location is perfect. Receptionists were super nice. There is also free water available. Beds were really comfortable. There's TV in the room as well as a fan.

Maybe just the noise from the bars outside but you're in the city center so you have to count with it. I would stay again!
