The breakfast was very simple either croissant with jam or baguette with ham plus orange juice and coffee but it was very nice and fresh and served by very friendly staff. The room was very good and having a balcony was an extra bonus so we could sit out in the early evening.

The minibar fridge did not work. It wasn’t even wired in. The parking was good BUT too expensive at 15€ per night. I had secure parking in Gandía at 7€ per night which I thought was very reasonable. Also for non Spanish speakers the TV needs updating so that you can change the signal source so that you can watch your computer on the TV.

Great location, only a couple of minutes by foot to the main boulevard with plenty of restaurants. Very friendly staff and clean and large rooms. A hotel parking garage is available for an extra fee, but there was plenty of parking in the street for us.

The location was excellent though Xativa is small enough to get around easily. The room was very good size and there was a good bathroom too. Staff were in the main friendly or else were business like.

Nothing to dislike.

A small hotel but exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was exceptionally kind in helping me park my car. He also updated my room to a large room on the ground floor at no extra expense when he realised I have to walk with a stick and there was no lift. Very reasonably priced meal in the restaurant. All together very good value for money.

Difficult to access and park immediately outside the hotel but flashing emergency lights and immediate help from staff at the hotel alleviated this

the whole experience at Vernisa was excellent. staff were great and could not do enough for you. the room was large and well equipped . very clean and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. location was ideal being just off the autoroute. the secure parking was well worth the price as we towed a trailer . I can’t speak any higher of this hotel and the staff.

The fridge was not working, however the Hotel was happy to offer access to the main kitchen fridge, 24 hours.

As we have stayed there before, we were aware it was a pleasant and friendly hotel. Location was perfect and only a short walk to the town centre. We will be staying there again in the future.

Only disappointment was no hair drier in the room

Very welcoming and helpful receptionists on both arrival and departure. Excellent service and a good value for money breakfast.

It was a quiet room but with no view.

The Junior Suite was spacious, nicely decorated and good value for money. With a comfortable bedroom and balcony overlooking the treelined road. The staff were very friendly and took great care to make sure our stay was trouble free, a great bonus was a private parking area in the middle of town. Very close to the museums, Basilica and Castillo.
