Cleanliness, nice staff, room, breakfast. Overall the welcoming attitude of all staff. The location is also near to a good street restaurant Behrouz. The bathroom was very comfortable to use. With the budget we used its equipped with all essential things. Who are looking for luxury its not for them. Easy to get Tuktuk from this area. The hotel also offered airport taxi. ***** staff provided water apart from the complementary 3 bottles ***** they provided extra pillows after asking ***** they gave us comfort and peace with the very welcoming attitude. I loved this the most.

The door lock system need to improve. It’s safe but the system is not modern, bit complicated.

The room was very clean and neat. The staffs were very nice.

when we booked the room it says restaurant is there. But we when went to the place they said restaurant was closed. They can only provide breakfast. So it was difficult for us since we had a one year baby and we had to manage food from outside.

the staff though they didnt understand much english, they solved all our problems related to noisy old ac/ leaking bathroom/ moldy walls/ broken switches etc all by providing us a new room at the middle of the night because we couldnt sleep with ac noise. the breakfast was ok with srilankan food. the location is close to petta market and gold shops.

the mold in the walls gave us allergy. though they switched the rooms but both rooms had molds, the staff didnt accept dollars or online payments and the amount was varying than that showed in booking.com. so we had to pay some amount more than whats shown during booking. hotel is situated in odd location though petta market is near

Vehicle movement and noises.

1. The receptionist is polite and satisfactorily helpful with any questions I may have about how to use "pickme application" 2. The location may be difficult for taxi drivers to notice, but for me it's not serious because it's not hard to find 3. I like the lobby area coz, there is fan for relax and sofa sitting area to sit on while waiting for the car to come pick me up 4. The size of the room I stayed in was good (Room204) 5. The strength of the water system in the shower is good

Unfortunately for 2 nights and extend 1 more night, l didn't get high floor (Room204) and I didn't have the opportunity to open the curtains and let in the breeze because there was a local house across from my balcony 2. The electrical outlet panel containing the hair dryer should be repaired immediately 3. Plug sockets should be standardized in the same way. Round plug or flat plug

Amazing experience! It's a hidden gem in Sri Lanka and will cater for every type of need. You love nature but dont want to hike, this is the place to go. You want to hike in the Singharaja forest? Well this is the best place to stay. You just want to be with your loved one? Nothing can beat this place. The bunglow itself is an art in the middle of the forest, packed with memories from the past but also with all modern day amenities to make you comfortable. Above all, the staffs are exceptionally good and will ensure you have personalised experience all the time. They will know yoir need even before you notice. I woild like to thank Lasith for his exceptionally hospitality. I have been to many places but never found someone like him.

There are some cockroaches in the bed

At first when we were booking this place we were concerned about safety and cleanliness. But once we reached the hotel we were relieved. I hope he was the reservation manager, who was so polite and professional with us. Also the staff are friendly and helpful. As women, I recommend this place, you'll feel comfortable and safe during your stay. The room was clean and Air conditioning worked well, there was a heater, was able to make tea and coffee, it was so helpful. there was a mini refrigerator too. Bathroom was small, but it was clean. Beds were comfortable. We stayed for a night and it was great. The location was near by for station. You can book a car or cab or a tuk tuk from pick me to reach the place. It was easy to reach the place. We definitely recommend this hotel, for women who are concerned about their safety and security and cleanliness of the place. We recommend this place. When it's needed, will surely book this place again 👍🏻

Nothing much. There were 2 windows and they were covered just with cloth blinds. It was little visible in the corner when we look the from the outside (near the door) One window was near the bed, the blind kept falling few times, we had to fix the blind to the window, that was the only way we were able to stop hot flashy sunlight comes in. So the room would be less bright when we were taking a nap.

The place was very close to the Colombo Fort train station. The room was clean and the ameneties were perfect. It came with a nice little dresser, some drawers, and a mini fridge. There was also a little safe for precious belongings. The staff were very helpful and responsive and helped us out when we wanted to go to the roof or come back inside at odd hours.

The place was a little noisy especially in the mornings

It was very clean, the bath was spacious, they had free aircon included. The service staff kindly brought our luggage up and opened the doors. the Breakfast was delicious especially the food inside those clay pots. And contact went smoothly without any issues and we could check in earlier since we arrived early and they had the room already prepared.

Everything was good. Maybe one body towel and one face towel extra would be nice.

This hotel is def a good option for your stay in Colombo. Staff were very attentive, we arrived late in the evening and they were there waiting for us for the check in; the room was clean, water in the shower is hot; location was good with some shops just downstairs; a/c worked properly and it includes breakfast. Honestly it felt like your money really worth it 🤍 highly recommend and I will def be back.
