Very comfortable room, clean, good staff and pretty good breakfast. Great location for the railway travelers. They gave us a room for our luggage to keep for many hours. Called us a taxi. Very nice overall.

There was a small but very irritating problem, when while checking-in at 12AM our room key just didn't work. We had to call the property, they gave us a card remotely, but it still didn't work. Then we just got a new room. It was just a small problem but it spoiled the overall feeling, which was absolutely great apart from this.

Nice, simple room with all i needed. Staff is nice and packs breakfast bag in case you can’t make the breakfast time. Gävle is relatively small and you can reach s lot by foot from here.

Room got relatively warm in summer (22 is already warm for me) and it was hard too cool it down.

- great communication prior to the stay - very friendly and accommodating staff: we got to change rooms as our dog was sensitive to sounds. much appreciated! - have alternatives for allergy/intolerances: not having to bring my own gluten-free food was amazing!

- as avid tea drinkers we prefer “real” cup/mugs, and not a paper cup: we kindly borrowed from the breakfast.

The breakfast was quite adequate.

Had some problems getting the entrance codes since I had not paid in advance, but ticked box 'pay at location'. A series of emails and a long telephone call solved the problem. Next to a busy road. Good insulation and closed windows meant it wasn't too disturbing.

Friendly employees, a really good breakfast and good facilities. Overall a very nice hotel.

Parking was a bit tough to find due to the hotels garage being fully booked. But apart from that my stay was really good.

Small but very comfortable and clean room, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and a very accommodating place if you're traveling with a dog as we were. Very pleasant stay in every way and highly recommended.

We got a lot of help from reception with everything regarding pre-payment even though we were in a car most of the time everything went smoothly. Breakfast was adequate, we didn't really miss anything. The food was presented nicely and looked fresh. There was something of everything.

Room had everything necessary, including a kettle and small refrigerator. The breakfast was super.

Ventilation system was not good, and the window could be open as a small gap.

A very nice and affordable place close to Gävle central. The host was super nice and the breakfast spread was very decent. Room and the hotel was super clean. Check in and check out was seamless.

Liked everything.

I was in abedroom on the first floor on the road side of the hotel - so it was a little noisy through the night, but did not affect my sleep until about 6am.
