It was a very full day the hotel staffs must be very stressful. But they were doing great! We were bit worred that we arrived earlier in the noon and we were facing the problem that our dog refused to eat or drink in our car or any open pleace. He had an umpty stomach for almost 12h already. The staffs were so nice helped us checked in the room right after we told her the situation. The room was nice and clean, breakfest were amazing, and swimming pool tight and cute! Thanks again for all the awesome service!

Continental breakfast, the staffs are amicable. Usually has bacon and eggs. I would love to have more vegetables and fruit variety. It has a pool so you should arrive early and enjoy it. Cozy and clean room

It's not about the hotel, but it was confusing when I needed to find a place to park near it. Based on the sign, you need to park on either side of the sidewalk. I arrived at night so it was quite cold and inconvenient to go outside and figure it out.

If you are vegan and wish to come here they have limited products to start with. Margarine, milk, yoghurt and tartex sandwich spread. You need to ask the staff and they will supply you with a plate of cheese and a few other slices of faux meat and spreads. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Everything was adequately fine so the only mild issue was the pressure of the shower. It was a little flat/slow.

Great staff, good breakfast and really nice rooms, central city location, so the views where obviously not scenic, parking was not cheep but again city location

Bar shut at 10pm on Sunday, after a a long days work a bit disappointing.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the city - walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was very large, comfortable, and very well equipped - we had everything we needed. The extra facilities such as the pool were an added bonus. There is also underground parking at the hotel which we were able to reserve in advance, this meant there was none of the added stress of trying to find parking every day in a busy city. Finally the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel has the perfect city centre location, cheap Aimo car park across the road. The dinner's in the evening were very tasty and i went back 3 or 4 times. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing i did not like, the hotel exceeded my expectations and was very clean and tidy. I did not get a chance to use the gym however it was available to me for free if i wanted

Good size of the room. Quite despite of central lokation.

Breakfast was good, but I would appreciate better tea selection and some creativity. Plus I was missing real Nutella :)

The hotel is in the very centre of Gävle, super convenient location, close to many restaurants, etc. We had a family room with an extra bunk bed for kids - we had enough space to feel comfortable. It was a perfect hotel for a short stay in Gävle on our way further north. The breakfast was very nice, our daughter loved freshly made waffles.
