Rooms and public areas have been very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. It was really close to the centre and easy to walk almost everywhere.
The free Wi-Fi was very bad, I lost connection every 3-5 minutes. That is very bead for a business trip.

The Stadshotellet Princess owners are extremely nice. Despite arriving quite late at the hotel, they made sure twice I could access the hotel and my room, and also were very helpful explaining how to park my car. On top of that I had great exchanges with both of them, a lovely couple managing an beautiful and cosy hotel.
