Everything. Very clean. Great shared resources (kitchen, seating area). Cheerful and helpful staff - when you saw them. So efficient. Central location

Digital codes - 3 of them. Gate, main door and your room. Change daily. Not possible to remember them and easy to get locked out of your room (doors self closing). Is this level of security necessary in Helsingborg?

The entire place was clean, they had all appliances in the kitchen, had laundry service too. Location was near the beach and near the central station. The room had a kettle, oven, fridge along with plates and glasses. Overall very good stay.

Since it is near the pubs weekends there would noise from outside.

we found it very cute and and clean.

the hotel is unmanned. we had problems with code system. we came from the USA and our phones were not yet connected to the Swedish phone system so we couldn’t get the current codes for the day. you need a code for the gate, the front door and the room door. the codes changes every day. we wound up spending our first night in different hotel because we couldn’t get the codes. and a couple of times the wifi was down and we couldn’t get the codes to get in for a little while. lastly, the weekend street noise was too much with disco beats until 3:00AM

The location is the best of all accommodations you can possibly get here. Just right in Centre of central station .The helsingborg shopping street is steps away ,Many restraints, cafe nearby . Cheapest and best option .

It's unmanned some representative of hotel should be there

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from railway station and ferry terminal. Situated in a quiet square. Communal cooking facilities available if required.

Smallish room but very acceptable for my purpose.

The stay was good, the staff was helpful, the room had all the necessary things.

The rooms were not sound isolated, that wouldn't be a problem in general since the room was in the inside but we were woken up early by some works in the building.

I like the central location and the amenities of the rooms.

It's a bit noisy. Being central city I can understand some noise. However, I could hear the conversations of the people in the next room quite vividly.

The location of the hotel is great, you have good restaurants right in front your door. The rooms are small , but if you dont need much space this is the perfect place to stay!

Bed was comfortable great duvet , sheet and pillows. Freezer and fridge in room a micro cutlery and plates plus glasses and kettle. Small wardrobe for clothes and a rather large bathroom..

The main entrance door was difficult to open even if you tapped in the right code. Stood there many a time punching in code 10-15 times.

Liked the shared area consisting of 3 different rooms, one of which was fully equipped kitchen

Didn't like the entry system. You have to input 3 different codes, 2 gates and 1 for yor room. Codes change daily and you get them through your phone. It was annoying and a hassle to use if you are carrying anything.
