Location is good, bus and railway station are nearby and almost everything could be reached within a 15 min walk. Breakfast was ok, they had all the essentials. Staff was very friendly and kind, loved the atmosphere. The pub on the ground floor has a cool design and a great variety of beverages.

I could not open the safe for some reason, despite that I followed the attached instructions, so I could not use it. Also, the fridge was out of service. A doormat would have been nice when entering the room so that could grab the melting snow from the boots.

good breakfast, right at the city center, sadly the city center is being moved to a new location. Clean hotel and good service. Dinner was also good, enjoyed the Fish and Chips. One thing which I felt should been done is to keep a mat at the door for the snowy boots to not make the wooden floors wet.

We spent a night in Kiruna, the hotel is in the "old" city center, and met our expectation. The room was large and comfortable, we had a free convenient parking (but on weekend, parking is free), the tourist info and many places to organise trips are a few 10s of meters away. The breakfast was good, and the hotel has a restaurant, but on Saturday evening one should reserve well in advance.

Reception only opens when the pub opens. That was OK because we had a car, but if you are arriving with the night train and do not have a car, make sure to contact the hotel beforehand.

The room and the bathroom were comfortable. There is heated floor in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good. The pub at the bottom floor is great.

The hotel is in the old center of Kiruna; information that was not available in booking. I enjoyed the old center; It looks more traditional and it is more beautiful than than the very modern new center. But there is nothing there other than a couple of hotels, one restaurant and one pub. All the stores have moved to the new center which you can go with a bus from the old center.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is perfect and in walking distance of the midnight sun trail and the city center itself. Note that the city is moving so the location of the hotel will probably change in the future. Staff were friendly but not very social. However, I found this to be common for this region in Sweden. People just keep to themselves. Breakfast was basic but has everything you need. Ambiance of the pub downstairs was very nice and cosy.

The room was quite hot. I slept with the window wide open all week but the temperature in the room remained quite high. For a solo traveller staying here is quite expensive. I paid over 800 euros for a 7-night stay by myself. I was okay with this as it was my choice but if you're traveling on a budget it might be better to go for one of the hostels that are around here as well.

Located over an irish pub, basically in the center of Kiruna. The pub serves as breakfast room as well. The food and drinks for dinner were nice and the breakfast was ok for breakfast, albeit I am not too much into mornings :) Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very large and the bathroom was size XL.

Its not a major hicup, just wanted to point out that my bathroom was disabled / wheelchair ready, which I am just not accustomed to, so there was no cover or protection while showering around the actual water source. But it worked fine. Just in case you want to enjoy some longer shower without flooding the bathroom, maybe ask for another room, which I am sure they should have.

In general, this is a very comfortable stay. In fact, among all the hotels with similar prices I have stayed in this trip in north Sweden, this is the best one. The room is big, clean and has all the facilities one would need. It also has perceivable good ventililation system, which could be an important feature during pandemic. The breakfast is nice, and the dinner menu is great. I recommend having a try. The staff also shows great hospitality.

Basically nothing. However, I encountered a minor issue that the kettle is broken and slowly leaked water from its bottom. I boiled some water at night and found half of the table wet next morning. Fortunately, no electric devices are damaged and the staff resolved the problem.

The check-in experience was pleasant and straight-forward. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was renovated and the shower warm and nice. The breakfast in the bar was delicious and it had even more variety than expected from the reviews. All in all, the atmosphere there was really warm. Great value for money.

The location is in the Kiruna old city centre, thus many shops around have already moved to the new centre a few kilometres further. Be prepared not to arrive too late in the evening, as there isn't an around-the-clock reception.

it’s a quaint building and the rooms have that retro look. thankfully they have a fridge and a safe. The room was fairly spacious.

A very genuine accomodation in old Kiruna, which probably soon won't exist anymore - the view from our window right to the mine just underlined the whole experience. The quality of accommodation was on a very high level, breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties.

The room was rather small, but ideal for short term stay.
