During my recent stay at First Camp, I had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff, particularly Jamilla, were exceptional, providing valuable recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. The campground's location is fantastic for a summer getaway, with easy access to cycling routes and nearby attractions. Being within walking distance to the beach was a highlight, allowing for leisurely strolls along the coast.

I was disappointed to find that linens cost extra, and the cleanliness of the mattress and duvet left much to be desired.

Really nice location, very quiet, near the see. Many rabitts near our apartment, so our children went to check them all the time. Apartment was big enough for 2+3 family. Perfect Minigolf and playground. We spend really nice week here.

Check-in was terrrible - we came in the night, because our flight delayed. Credential, which they sent us wasn't correct, because we couldn't make the check-in via terminal. We called the urgent phone, but nobody picked up the phone. So we checked it next day in the morning - the tried to do compensation, but it was smaller, than we paid for 1 night. On emore issue is that the bed, which is in the living room is creaky and each movement made strange noices.

The small cabin we stayed in was good. Just a gardenshed with two bunkbeds, a small table and a sink. We knew that so it was okay. Check inn was easy. It's on a cool spot. Nice views!

The bathrooms and showers. Like on any other campsite we had to walk a good 100 meters which is no problem. During the day howrver sometimes you have to wait a long time before you can do your thing..People are pigs by the way. No cleaningteam can fix what a lot of guests leave behind. That's not the fault of the organisation but purely the fault of people who stay there. How hard can it be to leave a toilet in a clean state. And if you know your kid can't aim or doesn't flush just help him clean up. Pro tip: never go to one of those toilets without wet whipes and shoes on your feet. And hold your breath. Again: The personell did a good job. It's purely the guests who make a mess.

The place is great, lots of engagements for kids. Close to the city and nice restaurants around - not walking distance Weather was great, that did the trick 👌 Booked the wrong cottages- but the staff was kind enough to upgrade!!

The way room options are featured on booking.com are deceptive. Be very careful in booking cottages- they are without bathroom!!

We didn’t have breakfast in the camp. We had to make provisional cooking for ourself. I like the site of the sea and the staff was very friendly, the Kenyan guy we met. And also we came later than time but we got the key through the message that was left in the email. The experience was excellent

Maybe staff coming around frequently

The room was big and we had a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Everything was clean, new and the kitchen had everything included. The service was good. It was a really nice time there!

The windows weren’t so clean, but that’s a small detail for us.

The location of the camping site is amazing with the beach being just a walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful.

We had booked for 2 days but the staff checked us in for 1 day. Hence, we were locked out of our rooms on our return from Copenhagen. It took an hour for the staff to be located and get our room unlocked.

It was a bit far from the city center but the cabin was awesome, very clean and modern, had everything you needed. More than perfect for the price that we got to pay. Very recommended. Also de views to the bridge and sea are exceptional

I did not like that it was a bit far away, but not a huge con.

The place is tidy and nice. Very quiet. It is close to the bridge that brings to Copenhagen.

The gate closes from 23 pm to 6 am and it is not great if you want to stay out late, considering that is 20 minutes by car away from the city centre. Not good to visit Malmo, for that you will have to rent a place in the city centre. It is nice that you can check in and they leave you the key in a safe at any time, but the gate stays closed from 23 pm anyway.
