Location close to beach and Turning Torso building. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Booked double bed room but ended up getting two twin beds as hotel was overbooked. Accepted the usual apology from staff. And whoever approved this shower design for Radisson Hotels (that stupid half ass curved glass separation) needs to get fired. I saw the same design in Radisson Blu in Oslo and there is absolutely no way you can save the entire washroom floor from getting wet after taking a shower and its a safety risk as well as it gets slippery afterwards. A $5 plastic curtain can do a better job. This design has zero practicality but looks cool.

Very Hot with no Air Conditioning in room, very noisy if you opened the window with local traffic & sea birds. Limited choice in restaurant. No parking for large cars.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very, *very* clean everywhere. The hotel looks quite recently built/renovated, so everything works: all light fixtures, all faucets etc.

- In 2023 you'd expect an electrical socket on both sides of a double bed. However, there's only one. - The shower stall doesn't have a door, and it's oriented in such a way that there's water everywhere, no matter how careful you are - There's not enough hot water in the mornings for the entire hotel. So if you don't use the shower early, you may have to shower with cold water. - The parking space under the hotel is too small, and is expensive, parking spaces in the vicinity are easily double the price.

Me and my husband we reach this amazing location after a long way from Oslo to Malmo by bus on 6th june (national day) 2 days before my birthday :) The reception team was absolutely amazing, very nice, polite, smiling and helpful, they helped us with a lot of information about places. The room was at floor 7, everything was perfect, bed was very comfortable, wifi was working great, the bathroom very large and beautiful, everything was new and great, room very clean. Near the hotel we had a supermarket and the bus station which helped us to travel in town ( bus number 3 i think ). Ribersborg beach was very near the hotel, few minutes by walking. Breakfast was delicious,especially the meatballs, cheese, cereals, pain au chocolate and coffee. From 1 to 10, i would give you 100, thank you for everything.

Great location of the hotel right next to TurningTorso and the waterfront with a park. The helpfulness of the reception staff. Very good breakfast with a wide range of choices. Plus pancakes and whipped cream during weekend days :o) Good room facilities with tea and coffee on offer. Bicycle renting.

We were disappointed that the wifi was a quite unsecure and in out room on 4th floor was weak. Staff offers us to change our room because of it. Then wifi works good enogh at our second room on 3rd foor, finally . No view in both rooms, just other building in a front of window.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good, with some vegetarian (cheese, yoghurt, eggs, tomatos, beans...) and vegan options (limited selection of vegan cold meats and cheese, oat milk, oat yoghurt). The staff was very friendly and lovely.

The TV in the room did not allow casting from own devices, we tried connecting via the Raddison app but that didn't work either, and when we asked staff they weren't sure how to resolve this. The hotel was a bit further from the city centre than we had anticipated, the area is lovely and quiet, and public transport and electric scooters are available so it wasn't a big deal in the end.

The rooms were not only spacious but also spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming environment that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom truly exceeded my expectations.The breakfast was not only good but absolutely delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Moreover, the hotel staff's hospitality and friendliness were remarkable.

Firstly, the absence of slippers in the room or bathroom was a bit disappointing as it would have added to the overall comfort. Additionally, upon arrival, we noticed that the container of body wash in the bathroom was empty, which was a slight inconvenience. Regarding breakfast, while the spread was delicious, I noticed the absence of breakfast chocolates and some attractive items for kids, which might have enhanced the dining experience for younger guests.

Staff was amazing! everyone was so professional and ready to do their dutiesand beyond. Room was big, awesome shower, great linnens, nice double-glazed windows, good blackout curtains. Breakfast is very good, with many options. fresh fruit, cheeses, breads, cereals… the location was perfect for us. Near the beach. The bus stop is right in front. it can take you to the old city in 3 stops (or a 15 min walk).

the AC is central controled. so it gets really warm during the night on summer. if you open the window, noise and lights. if you close the windows, you melt!

All was excellent with this hotel, the room and the bathroom were big and comfortable, they have all what you need for your stay. We had a great time there and the location was perfect a 20 minutes walk to downtown or three minutes walk to the bus stop, but a nice and beautiful five minutes walk to the best beach are in Malmo with high end apartment buildings and very nice restaurants and cafes.

I would recommend to add a little more channels to their tvs, and more options for their breakfast. Other than that it’s a perfect hotel.

The only downside from our point of view was reception staff. Greeting at check in was unfriendly with a couldn’t be bothered attitude. There were 2 teabags in our room which we used on arrival at 5pm. On returning from an evening out in Malmo centre we asked for more teabags. The receptionist pointed down the foyer area and said there are some down there. They were all fruit teas so we asked for Breakfast tea. There were 2 receptionists and 2 restaurant staff who said the tea bags were locked up by ‘housekeeping’ so they couldn’t get any. Probably a small thing but no evening tea or early morning tea makes a difference to the enjoyment of a stay. There were plenty of Breakfast teabags available at Breakfast in the room right next to Reception! Possibly a staff training issue!
