Location down town and once settled in, we could visit shopping and the castle and other attractions by foot. The hotel was duable, breakfast was plenty and good quality.

Parking was a pain, garages full and you were forced to park by the curb, where ever you could find a spot. And on top of that you had to move your car to the opposide curb before midnight. It is because of snow in the wintertime, but it goes for the whole year as far as the money machine goes. So if you are arriving in a car, try to do it in late afternoon.

I have been here before a couple of times, for business and it was a good experience. A very good breakfast. This time I came to visit örebro for some shopping and relaxing with my daughter. We had a great time

It is time to renovated the rooms ….the bathrooms are outdated…the toilets are old with a lot of limescale. But the staff and breakfast makes it better

The location was excellent. It was right next to the city center of Orebro and close to restaurants, shops, and activities. It was easy for family to meet us here. The breakfast had many choices and the times were very convenient. Appreciated the coffee machine as well as drip coffee. The staff were very friendly and approachable and made us feel so comfortable here. I would definitely want to stay here again.

We loved the location. So close to the center of Orebro and so easy to walk to restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Nora at the Front Desk. Our room was quiet and we slept great. The breakfast had lots of choices and we appreciated that it was open later on weekdays and even later on weekends.

The breakfast was fine. Staff people were very nice, very helpful.

There was no shampoo in the shower. The container was there but it was empty. I needed to wash my hair, so I used the regular soap. Not the best outcome for my hair. Also the garage was a little bit pricey, but it was convenient and good protection for my car, so I was willing to pay the fee.

Hotel sauna and the free refreshment in the breakfast restaurant (coffee and biscuits). Very helpful and friendly staff and a great assortment for breakfast.

The room should be clean more preciously (dust on the floor under the bed in 522). WIFI was really slow and stopped for many times.

I like everything about this hotel! But what I like most is the breakfast! So many types of bread, and you even get salmon for your sandwich. Great also to be able to make a cup of tea in the room.

Small hotel very close to the city centre. On a quite big and noisy road but from the room noise was absent. Hotel staff always helpful and friendly. Sauna availble at almost any time. Breakfast was plentiful and variegated (sweet and salty),
