Structure seems to be recently renovated, breakfast was very good, and staff is very polite and helpful.

We asked a bedroom for 3 people, so we were given 1 double bed plus a suspended single bed, which alwas actually ok. When my husband pulled the bed so our son could used, the shock absorbers didn't work, and the bed just felt on my husband shoulder. Fortunately no big harm, but if my son had pushed the bed instead, could have a severe head injury or worst. Also, it seems that no bedrooms have air-conditioner or any kind of cooling system, and keep the window open is not a good option, considering that the streets are noise around the area.

good value for the money, clean, and comfortable. it’s a little walk from the centre, but on a bike it’s only a few minutes. gloriously quiet at night (though maybe this. wouldn’t be a problem anywhere in Örebro)

the only challenge I had was that one night I arrived late to the hotel and there was no one to let me in and no alternative means of entry that I could see. I was standing outside for a good 20 minutes before the desk attendant showed up.

The staff are friendly and warm-hearted for help. Rooms are clean and quite. Parking is easy and free. We have a car for travelling so location is not a problem for us.

Personally, the bed in the standard room is a little soft and not so comfortable.

The breakfast was above our expectations and very very good. Lots of things to choose from, including fruits.

At first I thought that the staff was non-flexible and 'tired', but giving 'hen' a day and a new chance, I changed my mind and it really improved. The overall impression was good. I especially liked that the staff was attentive and very friendly with kids.

Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. My room was a quite small double room. The room was clean. Shower and bathroom facilities were good.

It would have been nice if there was a recycling bin within the room to be able to help recycle.

The hotel is OK with basic but good breakfast choices. The room is moderately OK in size for the family with one 6-year old kid. There is a TV with few basic channels. There is Gustavsvik Resorts on the same square as the hotel (and MyOffice ;-) ). Stayed in July 2021.

The conference business building MyOffice in the vicinity to the Good Morning Örebro hotel is very noisy because of powerful air conditioning devices located outside MyOffice building. But if the window of your room is closed the noise is almost not heard.

My room was a bit small but suited my purposes.

Very friendly helpful staff. Basic but clean and comfortable accommodation. Great breakfast. Great value.

Bathroom a little basic but clean and functional.

- Room big enough for solo traveler and dog - Close (ca 10min away) to nature reserve - Ok for staying a night when being on a road trip

- Dogs cost another 150 SEK extra - Very loud A/C noise from the neighboring building - Very narrow hall, and many people accumulating at the entrance. Not able to keep distance, which isn’t very good during a pandemic.

My room was small but exactly what I needed, with lovely decoration. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had everything you need to start your day well.
