Best Western Hotel at 108

I loved staying here. I felt safe - both in my room and in the general area. I was near enough to all the attractions to be able to walk, or hop on the nearby metro, but in a nice quiet area that meant I always had a good nights sleep. The breakfast each morning was lovely - plenty of Swedish treats not known to me normally, as well as all the usual favourites. I also loved the burger restaurant on site - some of the best food I have ever eaten. The WiFi was strong and secure.

I could have done with more top ups of the little milks and coffees in my room. Or, knowing how I could get them myself might have helped.

The apartment was lovely, loved the old style high ceilings and windows. It was pretty clean. We loved having cooking facilities (though it took as a while to figure out the cooker, a simple instruction label would be handy?) fridge, kettle etc. Loved the location beside the metro, and lots of nice shops and places to eat. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was chaotic. There wasn't anywhere to sit on one of the days, I guess it's busy in summertime. But it was more chaotic than it needed be as the staff kept leaving their trolleys lying about with the dirty dishes, sometimes you couldn't get past them to the food, and then left them out for ages while stacking things, it all seemed a bit disorganised. This could be improved.

Everything was exactly right. The location had easy access to shops, restaurants and the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only thing this place lacked was windows in the room, which was more weird than bad. We didn't miss them and they had hung up curtains, so unless you opened those you didn't really notice.

On the last morning the coffee machine in the breakfast area broke down and it took a long time to fix, but it was a minor inconvenience. More shocking (but funny in hindsight) was the morning the cleaner walked in and proceeded to the bathroom where my husband was having a shower. Only then did she realise we were there.

Both location of the hotel and the comfort of the room were great! Just 15 mins away with a tube from the Gamla Stan, or 30-40 mins walking. The bed was queen-sized and very comfy. The bathroom was amazing and well-equipped! The window was small but gave us enough daylight, I guess it would be suitable for summer travellers who don't want an early sunrise. We asked for an extra duvet and the staff were really friendly. Overall, really good experience.

I wish there would be a wardrobe, otherwise, we made the room a bit messy with all our stuff - but I appreciate the fact that for the price we can't get everything! Breakfast was decent, but its quality could be improved.

Location was good like a few min walk from the underground 16 17 18 and they took us to most of our destinations that we needed to get to there was a good spread for breakfast hot and cold selections there is a burger bar in the hotel which was busy every night we never used it though the hard rock cafe is a few mins walk from the hotel

The room was very small (i think its a thing in Scandinavia as other countries have small rooms) hardly enough space for 2 ppl i had to put my suitcase under the bed they use a wet room so you may have a bit of a wet floor if you need to use the bathroom after you have been in the shower we had no window in our room and the bed was sideways on so if you needed to get up at night you had to climb over your partner to go to the toilet at night

The breakfast was really good, varied and plentiful, the atmosphere in the reception and the helpfulness of staff was great. Good location, close to subway, cafes and restaurants. We were able to deposit our luggage both on the day of arrival as well as the day of departure, as we didn't have our room yet.

We were three adults in a triple room - one couple and one single person. The couple had a very comfortable good size double bed, but the single person (me) had to sleep in a folding bed that was narrow and partly covered by a shelf. No reading light either. Otherwise the room was great and well equipped with a little pantry kitchen and all!

I thought everything about the hotel was lovely. The room was perfect, small but definitely worth the money. The location is perfect, metro stop is a minute away and bus stop is only a 3 min walk. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. I felt very safe as the street is very busy and there are people constantly moving around. Even when I was out at 3am on my own waiting for the bus to the airport I didn’t feel like I had to look over my shoulder. I arrived early to my room and I was able to check in as the room was ready which made life so much easier for me. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of options, something for everyone and they even allowed me to have a “packed breakfast” on my check out day as I had an early morning flight. The staff were extremely helpful, always polite, I dealt with the lady at reception in the mornings mostly. She helped me with everything I needed and answered all my questions. If I visit Stockholm again, I will definitely be staying here as it is perfect.

Room was compact but had everything we needed. Very clean and probably one of the most comfortable beds i've slept in for a hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was great. There is also a burger place attached to the hotel that had exceptional burgers and drinks whenever we wanted. Location wise, very close to other restaurants/bars/shops and a nice park across the street. Subway also about a block away and about 15 min walk to the water/more central part of Stockholm.

Very clean. 25 min to city center and train station. Very friendly staff. Free coffee at any time at the breakfast room. Breakfast was varied, hot food, salads,ham and cheeses and different types of bread. Juices, hummus, pickles etc Bedroom was well equipped, from tea/coffee making facilities, safe, hangers, alcohol wipes to a few usb charging spots. Very comfy bed

Room was quite dark.we stayed in 123. It should have an extra light by the storage and mirror side. Desk lamp and one of the bedside lamps didn't work. Even though the room didn't have a window, hotel and bedroom was excellent. I would recommend it

Very good location, few steps from metro and bus stop or 25 minutes walk to old town. Close to central train station. Nice restaurants all around. Room was small but ok for a short stay. Everything was clean. Big choice of food for breakfast.

We do not like when it is hot in the room where we sleep but this room was super cold.. Especially when i was sleeping against 3 walls which all were cold as ice. I asked for an extra blanket which I had to place against the wall and i was sleeping with my jacket and socks on.
