It was impeccable. I don't know if I have ever stayed in a cleaner place. Everything smelled so fresh and clean. It was also very spacious with an excellent bathroom. It was exceptional in every way.

My only complaint is that it was a little far off the beaten path--it was tricky to find in the dark, and it was a little ways from Neufchâtel. But that is hardly a complaint since the surroundings were beautiful. It was out in the countryside and very quiet and just beautiful. So my complaint is not even really a complaint.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist when ever we needed assistance which n we did following an accident (with our rental car leaving us without transport) making sure that we were safe and provided food and assistance out of hours as a consequence. The location is very peaceful, away from the city/town noise and is well placed as a base for exploring or hill walking. The restaurant food is superb. We had a lovely sun terrace to enjoy the sunshine.

Although breakfast is served, the restaurant is closed for dinner on a Sunday and Monday which should not be a problem as this is advertised but does mean that you need transport to reach other restaurants in the area. It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

All good, would have been perfect with some more options at breakfast, like eggs. The restaurant is very good, so should not be too difficult.

A very cute and cozy hotel! There is a magnificent view of the lake from the park near the hotel! The staff is very hospitable and welcoming! The room is large and the TV is simply huge! We really enjoyed our stay! *Just need to take into account the city tax - it's quite high /but it's not the hotel's fault/.

Landscape, location, building, people. Very good food (well done, tasty), clean restaurant, pleasant people.

If you're not from Swiss, get your plug adapter. They also have some, but it is worth having your own thing :)

Very peaceful location not so far from sightseeing or hiking. Desserts in the restaurant were amazing!

Modern, comfortable and brand new.

The reception was very slow and inefficient (“I am coming”, cannot find the key, cannot find the room, no help with the luggage up to second floor, …) but the restaurant personnel were just great.

Great location, between Neuchatel and the Jura region. There is a 15 minutes drive to Neuchatel and the Chasseral route starts just outside the village. The room in our junior suite was large, very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our dinner outdoors.

Staff could not give driving directions.

Good food, very delicious and super nice staff. Trying to let you feel home. Although a bit far but very nice and tranquil.
