The hotel is located very close to the station and city center and I enjoyed my stay. The building has probably some years and there was no AC, but the standard of the room was decent, and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was that without ac, you cannot also sleep with your windows open if your room faces the street because the traffic is pretty loud.

Overall, the price is a bit too high for the offered standard (but maybe these are just Swiss prices).

I do appreciate the position, the kindness of the staff, and the cozyness of the lobby and the bar.

These are not things that I do not like, but something with less value compared to the good things. The room was functional but some of the facilities were old (e.g., radiators, shower, sink). Another thing is that in the lobby (at the time of my stay) there was a strong smell of air freshner.

From the east the hotel is located 3 minutes walking distance from train station which has a breathtaking view of the lake; and from the west 3 minutes from the center with all the stores and markets. It is notable the hotel manager Mr.Caravaku has surrounded himself with an extremely courteous and efficient staff. I am a medical doctor who visited more countries than I have hair on my head, rarely did I experience a better, cleaner and safer hotel. The extremely polite staff is a credit to the travel industry. The Staff of Men running this place I phenomenal ! Every one of them is SO Helpful and SO Kind. The Manager Mr Caravaku was attentive and genuinely concerned to provided the best service possible. All of His staff are likewise trained impeccably and offer the same level of support to ensure that hotel guests are extremely well-cared for ! They are ALL not only very professional, but they are just as personable. I will always seek to stay here on all future travels to this wonderful part of Switzerland. That I had to leave . . .

Completely exceeded our expectations: the room was massive and had a bathroom and a toilet, which was very convenient. The room was impeccable, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was super kind and helpful. Regarding the location, it's a 5-minute walk from the centre (where there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets) and a 10-minute walk from the lake-front.

The room was very quiet when it comes to outside noise, but we were kept up and woken up early by the noise coming from the other rooms. The sink in one of the bathrooms was a bit clogged, but that didn't cause us any issues (we just had to wait for the water to drain, that's all).

The room was large! It came with a small Balcony as well. It was clean and the smell was nice in the hotel. Compare with the swiss prices it was cheap and offered a good quality! Im sorry i did not take this hotel last times when i been in Neuchatel, for sure from now on i will return to here if i take visit in Neuchatel. Its very close to the central just a min walk, and close to the trainstation as well. Very nice hotel!

Always a delight to stay at this hotel. As I travel very often to Neuchâtel, I was looking for a hotel that has great value for money and it always exceeds my expectation; especially the hotel staff is very attentive to its customers, extremely friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The rooms are spotless clean and cleaned every day. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the central station and the city center which makes it a great location to stay.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and very welcoming. The rooms are always meticulously clean and have everything you require. A very good value for your money. I have tried a few other hotels in the area and I feel most comfortable at this particular one.

Hotel close to the train station (10 minutes walk), to the lake shore where you can stroll or bath (10 minutes walk) and to the castle and old city (10 to 15 minutes walk). In the city center we will find many restaurants as well as historical sights. The room was big and quiet at night. Staff was nice and wifi good

The staff were fantastic from the greeting as we came through the revolving door until we left they couldn’t do enough for us

Nothing, loved it. The welcome made the odd blemish pale into insignificance.
