Great location in Davos centre just next to a bus stop. Nice design of the hotel rooms and of the whole facility. Very tasty brakfast with a large selection of food.

The parking place outside the hotel was blocked for first 2 days of our stay due to some works there. We had to park inside in the garage for 20CHF. We were not offered by the hotel to pay the outside parking place charge 10CHF which I find a pity. The rooms were really small with a very limited space for our belongings. It would be also nice to have a water kettle and a small fridge in the room.

Great location of the Hotel, the bus stop is right next to the enterance, breakfast was fine, but I would also add more fresh vegetables like tomato, cucumber, etc. to enjoy it even more. Great choice of coffee, tea, juices.

I expected in the room small functioning kitchen as it was mentioned when booking, but it was only sink and coffee machine, that is it, so dont have high expectations regarding kitchen. The second thing bed linen felt synthetic for me, got really hot and was hard to sleep because of that, but everything else was more than comfortable!

The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the rooms were very good. However the service from the staff at the hotel was simply excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone that want to explore Davos. We would rate this hotel as 9/10

Small points in the scheme of things....the charge for the underground carpark at 20 swiss francs per night was expensive plus the charge of 5 swiss francs for a bottle of tap water was a little excessive. It would have been nice if the hotel had some leisure facilities.

The large balcony is definitely a plus, though it was too cold to enjoy it yet. Hot breakfasts were great, but it was nearly emptied one morning. There are bus stops right in front of the hotel and we could conveniently reach the hotel with large luggages by train and then bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They can use more staff at the restaurant. Also, there was no 'do not disturb' sign and staff would enter the room everyday. We love privacy and it would be great if they provide an option for us.

The location was very nice at the heart of the city and the bus stop just outside to go around easily (ski lifts etc), the room was very nice and modern as well as all the common areas very cozy and warm atmosphere. The ski room was very good with boots heating and proper ventilation and teh breakfast was amazing with good quality and big variety of products. The staff was very friendly and nice as well.

It could have been bice to have a kettle or / and a coffee machine at the rooms as well, I missed that.

The breakfast was the best! A real treat especially for a 3 star hotel. I had a big room with pleasant views, though it was the part of the building facing the main road.

The street noises weren't a problem for me, but for those sensitive to noise, the location of the hotel may be a challenge for those needing constant peace and quiet. Generally speaking, Davos is not noisy and people are mindful not to make noise after 10pm.

Our suite was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed, a nice seating area, and a lovely terrace. I also liked the fact that you could darken the room completely. Exchanges with staff were pleasant, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Our shower was not well thought through: it leaked out via the door hinge, and also whenever you opened up the door after showering. It would also be nice to be able to enter the hotel from the outdoor parking lot, which didn't appear to be possible.

Beautifully renovated and everything is like new. We enjoyed the bar, the breakfast, the location as well as how clean the property was.

I suppose it's my own fault. We got a room at a value, and when we arrived, the bed was against the wall with no room on one side. At almost 60 years of age, I had to crawl across my husband to go to the bathroom. If we were staying more than one night, I would have requested a different room.

The breakfast was really good, probably one of the best scrambled eggs I‘ve had in a hotel. The stuff was very friendly and super helpful with great tips.

It seemed that the team in the restaurant was understuffed which lead to long waiting times. Although the rooms looked amazing there was little space for the suitcase. In addition, you can hear your room neighbors quite well.

Professional reception staff, good location between Davos-Dorf and Davos-Platz, nice modernized yet stylish enterieur, very high niveau of cleanliness, complimentary dring in the room, super excellent breakfast, a lot of benefits (incl. free public transport) with the free Davos/Klosters card

The location of the double bed in our room (placed against the wall in a corner, so one had to cross the other...:)
