Good location with clean room and facilities. The breakfast was really nice and the staff was very helpful and accommodating (despite the language barrier). Excellent value for the price - even included local bus tickets.

Sauna: it would be valuable to warn guests (before arrival or at check-in) that people might be naked when using the sauna and other relaxation facilities. It came as a complete shock seeing other users naked in the sauna when we went to use it.

The location is great, bus stop to slopes right outside. Really good breakfast.

Room was too hot and we couldn’t adjust temperature, slept with outside door open which led to room being very noisy. Disappointed tap water wasn’t included with half board. Soft drinks are included with breakfast but not dinner. When we asked why we were told ‘this is Switzerland’. Given that this is a Hilton hotel I would expect tap water with dinner at the very least.

Whilst the hotel met our expectations and the location and bus shuttle was fantastic, what let the hotel down was the service at dinner. My advice would be to ask staff to repeat your order. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on 3 evenings. The first was great, the second evening we did not get exactly what we ordered, 2 portions of rice instead of fries and on our final evening I did not get my order at all, also our wine did not arrive. No one noticed that my husband and daughter had received their food and I was sat with a place setting but no food. It was impossible to try to get staffs attention. When I finally managed to speak to staff I was told the waitress had ‘forgotten’ to put my order through. Whilst I appreciate mistakes happen, how did no one notice I had no food whilst my family were eating? The manager came over and apologised and a meal arrived long after my family had finished eating, the wine did not appear at all. The restaurant really needs to up its game in terms of service as this is not acceptable and did spoil the last evening of my holiday.

The service at dinner, very slow and no one checked if everything was ok, or asked if you needed anything else.

We were welcome with a friendly and helpful staff at the reception (Katerina, I think). Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and the option to order omelettes or fried eggs from the kitchen. Again staff were very friendly and efficient here. Although the hotel is located between two train stations, the complimentary bus pass make it up and the walk to either station is within 20 minutes. Not a problem especially in the summer.

Tried to get thread and needle to fix a few loose stitches on my clothes but in vain. Understand it is not needed most of the time but would be nice if they can keep a small pack in the reception just in case.

The bus stops very close to the hotel. The building is located on the main street of the city, and very close to the train station Dorf. Clean structure and a nice SPA area. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Nice room with big and comfortable bed

Breakfast has different options but, personally, I didn't like the croissant and scrambled eggs. No bar in the lounge. No minibar in the room but a shop room in the lobby.

Cars in front of the entrance were parking mich more than 15 minutes. My colleagues had to park on the pavement in front of the entrance. It took us 10 minutes. And the cars were still there an nobody was checking out.

room is ok, with well maintained amenities, very clean and with all the measures anti-Covid in place.

It was strange that the hotel, when asking a card for guarantee, they actually retrieved almost 50% of the estimated bill, then after few days, they charged me for the first 2 nights and finally, at checkout, I paid the remaining nights WITHOUT REIMBURSING OR USING THE INITIAL GUARANTEE. Even today, after 5 days, I haven't received that amount, which is a bit annoying.

The hotel is at a super convenient location, in between the 2 main ski areas, Parsenn and Jakobshorn. The bus that passes every couple of minutes in front take you to both in less than 5 minutes. Room was decent sized, with very comfy bed. I was surprised with the wellness facilities, a good surprise - nice sauna, showers, quiet room. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The shower in the room could be bigger. Also, the mini bar at the room is empty and you need to go downstairs to shop at their little shop. None of those things were a big deal, and I would stay there again.
