The staff in the in house restaurant (esp. the chef or manager of the restaurant Stübli horrendous to no feedback skills. It is not directly related to the hotel itself but the manager handled everything so poorly, took no accountability and blamed it on his staff. His staff was apologetic and kind (bald guy was very friendly)

The staff and the service were really exceptional - all of them! The hotel had a local but grand feel (a lot more interesting that the up market chains) the lounge areas and bars were great - they made the hotel feel more like a chalet when you came back from the skiing. Also loved the swimming pool and hot-tub!

Some of the facilities were showing there age and there was quite a bit of maintenance going on while we were there (our bathroom ceiling started leaking!). The lifts are tiny and very out-dated. However, the staff dealt with the problems very quickly and effectively.

The location is perfect, less than 5mins walk to the Parsenn lift, across the road from Davos Train station and the hotel has a number of electric car chargers too! The rooms feel larger than stated, probably because of the large amounts of natural light and high ceilings. The staff are incredible at the hotel, anything you need they’re happy to help. The love violinist and pianist are amazing and really add to the vibe of the whole place. And the restaurant looks low key but the food is incredible and the Tiramisu is pretty special

this is my 3rd time here and the hotel has had some refurbishment since my last visit. the staff are always welcoming and very kind, the food is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and you quickly feel like home. The hotel location is right in between the train station and the ski lifts so perfect for going up the mountain and they also have charging for electric cars

Very rich breakfast with a great variety of fresh foods and fresh juices - the entire buffet choice was served at the table to ensure there's no crowd at the buffet. It was very good for the safety during pandemics. There was a fantastic choice of different teas and warm dishes cooked very fast: I had to leave at 7:00 on Monday and still got an egg dish and all other choices served very fast. There was a live piano music played during breakfast Very comfortable room - to my taste a little bit outdated, but very well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed with many pillows of different size. Excellent SPA with a large in-door swimming pool, outdoor facility, a number of saunas and steam baths - also a bit old in style, but very clean and well maintained. I booked 2 massages - they were excellent - the therapist knows her job very well! Good location right at the train station, close to Parsenn lift (a walking distance even in Ski boots on), and at the bottom of Parsenn downhill. So, you can almost ski directly to the hotel. A number of bars and cosy lounges with a great variety of drinks. Good a la carte restaurant (accessible not only for the hotel guests), excellent service. I'll definitely stay there again - maybe even still this winter!

Although it is close to ski places, the way to elevators is not very convenient especially if you are in ski shoes.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rixos Fluela. Everything was perfect, the room was beautiful and spacious, the service friendly and professional; the spa was fantastic with a pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a selection of saunas. The bar served good drinks and had a nice selection of 'hot cocktails' which I find perfect for a winter evening but are normally not served anywhere else. The live piano music which accompanied both our evening and breakfast was absolutely amazing and an unexpected treat. I will definitely be back!

Breakfast was superb, live music playing whilst you are eating which made the whole experience memorable. Food was delicious and in abundance. Eggs benedict were cooked to perfection. Think one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Great indoor spa with hot jacuzzi in the terrace - perfect after skiing

The shower handle was a bit hard to operate as it was falling down and stopping the water flow

Where to start? We had such a great stay right from the moment we arrived with the car and were welcomed by the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and attentive but I must call out Marco for the top notch service! We had high expectations and were still surprised with the room, facilities and again the staff. The location next to Parsennbahn and right in the middle of town alongside the great spa make this a must visit hotel while in Davos! We will for sure be returning
