I had a few questions before our arrival at the hotel and received the answers from Adrian promptly. It was very warm and cozy in the rooms we booked. It is a great benefit that it is possible to manually adjust the temperature of the radiator in the rooms we booked. We turned the heating off for the night. Loved the tables during the breakfast reserved for the quests with their names on them :). Lady who assisted during the breakfast was so nice and polite, I asked her a few times for a few cups of espresso. It was so convenient we could purchase Titlis ski passes directly at the reception in the hotel. Prices are the same as at the Titlis tickets desk or via the Titlis website. We got our cards at the reception too, it saved us time standing in the queue at the Titlis ticket desk. Brilliant customer service. Very welcoming atmosphere, thank you so much Adrian, Sascha, and all the team! We arrived to Engelgerg by train. Very comfortable 2.45 h journey. The views were breathtaking. Engelberg is a very convenient location. While we had our fittings of shoes and snowboards in the Intersport rent Titlis, the weather changed dramatically, mist, fog, or clouds, and in ten minutes clear skies again. The landscape changes very fast. Our hotel was so close to the train station. We found everything so close by in walking proximity. The lockers for rent at the train station were very handy, we needed to store our backpacks the ones we did not carry to Titlis on our departure day from the hotel. We could though leave them at the Hotel Echweizerhof, Adrian was so kind to look after them. It was an extraordinary experience, we can't wait to go back and explore more.

The location of the hotel is excellent! There is an adjacent and spacious parking lot, the receptionist is very pleasant, the room is very nice, clean, very spacious. Spacious shower with hot water. Everything is close to the hotel, super 2 minutes walk, train 50 meters, stunning view at night and during the day! We'll be back with fun!

The price is very expensive for the period, even though it is the prices in the area...

This hotel was exceptional! We received an upgrade of our room and loved the facilities. The hotel and restaurant staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ample and delicious with a fantastic service. The hotel is very close to the train station and bus stop. We loved everything about our stay and felt like we were home the 5 days we spent there.

Our room was much larger than expected, on a corner with large floor-to-ceiling windowed doors all around. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, including the massive pillows. The breakfast was outstanding, even by our lofty standards (it's my favorite meal of the day). Most of the ground floor is a large lobby, with couches, chairs and tables, so it's easy find a comfortable place to work, chat or enjoy a drink. Generally excellent Wi-Fi speed. We appreciated that there was a coin-operated washer and dryer in house since we were both skiing.

The basement ski rooms' plastic-surface chairs were very slippery, which made it hard to put on ski boots since that often requires significant forces be applied. Also the curved stairway down to it is extremely hard to navigate, particularly with ski boots on and it's even worse with skis. Going out is not a problem because there's a side door into the parking lot, but bringing everything back down the stairway is somewhat harrowing even for ultra-experienced and fit skiers.

Charming hotel with nice big rooms, at a great location very close to ski busses, restaurants and the train station. Breakfast is nice with good variety and local cheeses. Above all, is the staff extremely service minded and very helpful.

Some refreshing eg of the room floors is needed but everything is clean so not a big issue.

Everything was very good. Starting from the location just a few meters from the train station and also super close to resturants and market. Room was very clean and confortable and breakfast also with many options

The ONLY negative we had a large group of school aged kids whose parents could care less that they ran up and down the halls and were loud past 10P at night. I know the hotel cannot control who’s on your floor.

Wonderfully cozy hotel, excellent service from all team members, superb location, nice breakfast with fresh eggs and good selection of cheeses-muesli was delicious. Easy walk to catch the ski bus and many restaurants. The Indian restaurant next door was excellent. Free parking and easy access ski storage room was great!

Super nice renovated rooms! Beautiful balcony with great Mountain View and very comfortable king size beds.

There was no airco, however we felt that the temperature was quite good for us but could imagine if it becomes warmed that an a/c will be missed.

the staff is extremely nice and warm. Good variety for breakfast, quiet rooms and all really clean. Position is great! This is the second time in this hotel and we were satisfied

the family room is quite old style in terms of furniture, it could benefit a refresh.
