spa was amazing. beautiful rooms. -best breakfast options ive seen at a hotel and no extra charges for any of the a la carte options.

the manager (lady with blonde hair) of the breakfast was not very friendly, quite rude actually. -breakfast service ends at 10.30. at 10.35 i asked a server for some ketchup and he told me kitchen was closed.. i understand the kitchen is closed but it wouldnt take a lot of work to grab a pack of ketchup? and if you really dont want to do that than they should have a system where its readily available and i can get it myself and dont need to ask the server. -they also refused to serve another cup of coffee at 10.35. which yea it is after 10.30 but generally you can expect a 5star hotel to go above and beyond for their guests. -i waited 30 mins for the valet to bring my car up. at that point i wouldve just preferes to go get it myself.. but atleast they were very friendly about it

For the price the bar cocktails are not good enough.! The hotel should have a specialist cocktail maker. At breakfast I noticed foreigners not using the towels to cut bread! Lots of certain nationalities putting grubby hands on the bread to cut it! The hotel should provide clear instructions on hygiene at an EU standard .

All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

Although our stay was exceptional, wanted to point out that the kids activity schedule was not followed as per program. Although kids afternoon activities (baking) it’s written in the kids program that starts at 5pm, we arrived at 5pm and muffins were already baked. It would be better those two to be aligned. Also noticed that there is no security door to prevent children from leaving the kids area. As a mum of two young children would like to see that the area is secured somehow. On the other hand, kids space was wonderful and Ms Katerina was experienced, professional and extremely kind, I would never doubt to leave my kids with her! Thank you for taking these points into consideration.

Everything was good except if you have clingy pet.

Everything was good but pet was not allowed in the main restaurant and in wellness. So if you have a pet which cannot be left alone in room, I would reconsider the visit.

I am coming here to relax and apparantly my Pre-Authorized balance was exceded in 2nd day of my stay so hotel team approached me twice to clear the Balance and i did that, but to be honest i didnt like the approach protocol as the staff came to me in the middle of lobby asking to clear the balance although i still have one night more it make me feel that Hotel is Taking precautions against me Running or something, which apparantly i will never do I have been to countless 5 star hotels all over around the world in the matter of fact i have been to about (16) 5 star hotels in the past 2 years and this is the first time am having this issue

The hotel room and the staff and all the facilities were amazing specially the breakfast in outdoor seating , Thank you all the staff.

Belle Epoque room was good size, great views, proximity to train station ideal. Dyson hair dryer. Bath and shower. All bathroom extras good quality. Mini bar provided, water available. Hotel and rooms very clean. Spa and sauna lovely with great views! Breakfast has lots of choice. Bar had good drinks menu.

Dinner in main menu and chalet both fine but not amazing. Room service snacks good but main meal was again average.

second time here. it’s excellent. so nice and high end but still feels welcoming with a toddler. our favorite things are the pool, the kids club and the playground. the kids club offers the ability to drop off your kids and have them spend time with a wonderful woman named Katerina who plays and does projects with them. honestly so incredible for all.

it’s pricy but you get what you pay for

- a palace worth visiting - dine in was delicious and fast - not sure how old is the palace but our room seemed brand new - staff professional as always - the room was incredible with a nice balcony - breakfast was varied and tasty - service was ultimate - beds are very comfortable - nice garden in hotel premise - the area is out of this world - generous coffee capsules

- fridge wasn’t cold
