As a family with two young active children we enjoyed all of the additional leisure facilities like the bowling, the pool, the gyms and the sledges for the outdoor fun. The property is just between the city center and the lifts. With the free bus use from the stop just very close by it’s been a hassle free experience to get anywhere. The restaurants are family friendly and the food is delicious. Staff everywhere was welcoming, friendly, helpful and understanding! They joked with the children and watched out that the parent also had a great stay. This was really exceptional.

The hotel rooms are being refurbished, one by one, and if there is anything to note in this section than that we stayed at an older room. it would have been nice to declare the fact upfront but to us it made no difference as we enjoyed the proximity to the pool!

Our stay at Hotel Sport was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, very interior design in the lobby. Other areas more traditional but didn't feel dated. Double room was a good size with comfortable beds. Extra pillows helped compensate for the extra soft ones provided. Generally very warm rooms, so kept the windows open to balance out for sleeping. Compliments to Dirk for his amazing helpful and cheerful demeanour! Breakfast buffet is well stocked and good variety, but mostly cold breakfast foods like cereal, yoghurts, cheese and sliced meats, pastries etc. Only improvement would have been hot food station for eggs etc. But to be honest it was more than satisfactory. We ate at the restaurant as well for dinner and the food was lovely. Good generous portions with an excellent daily menu as well as a la carte. The pool and sauna were fantastic and very high end. There are ample things for teenagers to do here, indoor bowling alley, pool table fuusball table, table tennis, even a PS4!! The dedicated bus stop right outside the hotel is amazingly convenient for a 5 mins journey to Madrissa gondala. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is well accessible by bus from the train station, the bus stop (Hotel Sport) is just outside the hotel. Madrisabahn lift is 5 min away by bus 235, The staff was helpful and took their time to explain all the details during the check in, assisted in organising the ski tickets (no discounts) and allowed to store the luggage while we skied after our checkout. The room was cozy and tidy, can't complain about the noise. The breakfast choice was not rich, but offered good variety - perfect before the ski day. We also had a dinner in the hotel's raclette stübli (Casetta Allegra), which was nice, but pay attention, that it has kids bowling inside (didn't affect us, though)

Super friendly staff, really nice variety of activities available on site as you could read in the description and see in the photos. We were never bored! Plenty of space in our room and on the hotel ground was just great and relaxing. It's simple but with all we needed, and very tidy and comfortable. The location is also easy to reach and between two great access to the higher mountains: Madrisa and Gotschna.

The only small unfortunate part was that our bed was kinda old and I didn't sleep as well in it. Though I think the hotel is going through an overall transformation slowly so hopefully that will change soon.

The location is perfect. Right infront of hotel we have a bus stop, with 3 stops we arrive at Madrisabahn. Swimming pool is modern with beautiful view to mountains. The hotel and our room are a little bit old-fashion but has style. My husband said it is kind of old. But it seems that our room is not one of the rooms that they renovated already. I am ok with it so far. We have a small balcony with breath-taking view toward mountains and outdoor area. Hotel is family-friendly with Turnhalle and book corners. Other activities like bowling you will have to pay extra 10CHF per 30 Minutes. With Guestcard we can take bus to train station or to Madrisabahn for free.

The matress is kind of old, it is not very comfy. I have backache because of it.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room (renovated) with nice decor. Duplex style family room was very comfortable. Quieter, away from noise from city center, good price, room size was good for a family with two small children.

If the renovated family room had a bath tub it would have been perfect for us. Mini fridge didn't really work properly. It wasn't cooling down. We compromised by leaving drinks outside on patio to keep them cold.

We had a 2 room apartment which was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Great hotel and very nice food at their restaurants. We love their olympic size swimming pool. Very friendly staff.

The sauna was not working during the weekend of our stay, they had some mechanical problem.

we booked a family room, and we got the new duplex one: beautiful! the indoor swimming pool was also newly designed, beautiful too! I used the sauna; i can imagine in wintertime it will be a bit small for a lot of guests. The 2 tennis clay courts were also on site, well maintained. Like the minigolf, and playground on site.Breakfast was really nice. For families with young children its a great place to stay: mini zoo, mini golf, swimming, playground, you name it. aswell breakfast room good for children. Klosters is a nice siwss village, there was more atmosfere than in nextdoors Davos. Part of the family played golf at Golf Klosters.

as the hotel consists of several, old and newer, buildings, there were connections inside, underground and via hallways. You had to get the routine to find where you had to go. But it was well indicated. we were lucky to stay in the same building as the swimming pool. They didnt serve lunch: instead you could get something from the fridge at the outdoor lounge area /next to the playground. there was some cake, but no sandwiches.

Facilities at the hotel for families were good, including the big gym, swimming pool, games room, toddler play area, sauna, ... the hotel has lots to entertain kids on a bad weather day

Breakfast buffet was a bit scarce
