The facilities they have playground for kids , teen club with PlayStation and Xbox , nursery and kids play room. There was an ATM, parking area but with charge. Wonderful breakfast and kindly and helpful staff. I would like to thanks the concierge for his kindly treat while an emergency situation he and the other staff helped us to reach hospital.

High charge for parking area. Toilets in rooms without locks. Hard to have table in breakfast time while the weekend.

Gorgeous room, lovely view, friendly staff, excellent spa

Small issue but one point was a bit disappointing considering this is a hotel which caters to an international clientele: The hot chocolate (at breakfast and in the all day restaurant) should be made properly with fresh milk and hot chocolate powder or (even better) bits of chocolate. I know it’s a rarity to find fresh milk in hot drinks in Switzerland, but for instance a London hotel would one hundred percent have proper barista ingredients, and it would have rounded out the stay beautifully.

Everything! The staff was amazing. Bronco and Alice really went above and beyond for us from the moment we got into Davos. The spa was beautiful and the therapists were exceptional at their job. The food was really good at the restaurants as well. We were only going to stay for 1 night but extended our stay mainly in part of Bronco and Alice. they really deserve recognition!

I know it isn't the hotel's fault but the construction for the conference was inconvenient. It was our only morning we could sleep in and relax and they started the construction at 8am. Alice did try to put us in another room on the other side of the hotel but we would have had to pay extra for that and we had a really early morning the next day anyways.

The place is very nice to stay and relax and walk around the mountains. They actually have a shuttle minivan that can take you around Davos which is complementary with the room.

The reception charged us for city taxes and in the app when i payed all the taxes was included i was shocked when he charged me 177 chf for 3 rooms for 5 nights. They where not clear from the start and i didn’t like the way he was explaining.

AlpenGold is definitively a place to stay in Davos. Spectacular architecture, fantastic views on the valley and the Davos Lake. Rooms are quiet, nice, large and well equipped. The SPA with in- and outdoor pool should be visited. The hotel staff is very kind, helpful and discreet. The restaurant offers nice meals, the grilled Beef Fillet is one of best I have ever had, and wine list is overwhelming. We have been there for few days only and will return soon.

Amazing place and its worth the price, -Have many facilities such as: kids club, teens club, and play area for kids -Provide free shuttle bus if needed -breakfast buffet has good options -All the staff are very friendly and have high customer service skills. Highly recommended and sure AlpenGold hotel will be my only option when I come back to Davos.

AlpenGold Hotel’s service was incredible. The staff treats every guest exceptionally and the hotel is beautiful. The spa and pool is clean and very well kept and we enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. We will definitely recommend AlpenGold to our friends and family. Thank you!!

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Everything was simply perfect. Incredible bed, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, stunning design. Every detail is thought of for the ultimate comfort of it's guests, staff are professional to the very excellence of Swiss hotel Management. I shall definitely return again and again!

Everything was perfect!!!

This was our first time in AlpenGold Davos and definitely not the last. Everything was perfect. I was a little bit worried about some stuff because of the reviews but dont let it fool You - everything was 10/10. The transfers from the ski lift - we could wait for the scheduled bus, so they sent us our own car in 5 minutes. The spa area is amazing, the water is so warm, everything is clean and the stuff is very kind. The breakfast is perfect and everything you ask for from the staff - they bring it to You! My son loved the kids room - he was ready to stay there without me, because the kids room is so beautiful and the women who worked there are perfect with kids. They actually spend all the time with kids and do amazing arts and crafts projects. Thank You so much to all the staff, the stay was really perfect!

Wonderful Executive Suite. Very silent hotel. Very friendly staff everywhere. Dinner at the atelierVert was exeptional. Dinner at the sapori as well. Very good massage at the spa.

Morning buffet a bit crowded. Outdoor pool in direct sunlight / no sun protection for the pool. Indoor pool a bit small.
