very good staff

Very noisy clients entered the building in early hours of the morning and it was disturbing. Also the hotel could not sort out a double booking cancellation for the same night. booking.com had a malfunction when I changed the dates and therefore tried again with another booking date. This resulted in 2 rooms booked for the same hotel and the same night. I did not know about this until the night before and phoned the hotel. but they could not sort out the change and now I paid twice for the same night. I have other bookings for the same hotel and am asking booking to refund me the money as it was their computer error and malfunction in the same booking.

We were there before 1pm, and the staff was very nice and letting us check in. Convenient parking lot at the back of building, sufficient space and facilities. The heating was very warm. There is plug adapter to European standard plug, which we had to buy one when I stayed at another hotel before this one.

The facility is outdated, and there is mold in the bathroom.

Comfortable room and autonomous entrance. We only stayed overnight, but everything was alright. The workers were very helpful and facilitated a last-minute room change (from double to triple room). It has parking.

A bit expensive. Other than that we have no complains, but we only stayed overnight so we did not need much services.

At first I highly recomend to visit Mattiny . Very intimic city with grate Roman history , nice city center and lovely restaurants. The hotel himself situated at city neighborhood with local hotel restaurant so you ferl as a part of neghbours. Its a budget hotel with suitable price for it

The hotel is a little bit vintage style reminds me a soviet or east europe hotel of seventeens.. There is minimal facilities with minimal investment, just to justify the price, but it's ok, that what I looked for

The room and shared bathroom were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The fan provided in the room was a nice touch. Much appreciated!

The television didn’t work. When help was requested the staff member didn’t really care. She half heartedly replaced the batteries in the remote (which still didn’t work). We gave up.

The beds were fairly comfortable and the price was good for Swiss standards. Also the area was quiet.

The room was a bit dark and hot as there is no a/c and there were 30°C. A ventilator was present in the room. The bathroom had no windows and as such smells and humidity was stuck in there.

Very friendly staff -especially receptionist. Very clean and tidy. Great breakfast.

Top bed was very warm -needs ventilation, with window open the train was noisey.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is very close to the Giadda Sculpture Garden, which makes a stop in Martigny worth it. The staff were friendly.

Air conditioning would have been nice, but they did provide a good fan. I have no other complaints.

We were greeted by a delightful young woman on reception and in the bar who gave us a room upgrade and was friendly and helpful in every way. The ensuite room was clean, comfortable, with good wifi and a great view. Breakfast was good.

The service here is 5 star! when I mentioned the room was not comfortable they immediately switched me to a better room. The staff here go out of their way . this was the perfect little town get away on my way to chamonix !keep it up !
