Lovely lake side setting, recently modernised, quality furniture, great breakfast. Hotel offered free Ebikes. Also free parking when staying or eating. Complimentary bottled water in room. Friendly and attentive staff. Great menu with fish speciality. Beds & bedding very comfortable. Bathroom nice & large with good hot shower. TV had very extensive choice, BBC channels included.

Occasionally the area is shrouded in fog which takes a little while to clear but only first thing in the morning. When staying in garden view rooms you might hear the bells round the sheep’s necks clinging till they too go to sleep. Recommend the lake view rooms if available. In the UK guests usually have tea and coffee making facilities in their room but not typical on the continent alas. In October to April the hotel is closed on a Monday and there is no breakfast in the morning if you stay Sunday night.

The view, the staff, the room size, the ability to open all the blinds and windows. Dinner was delicious and very reasonable. It was such a comfortable and convenient stay. We'd love to return.

We would have loved air conditioning in the room but the weather wasnt too hot so the fan and open windows were adequate for our stay.

there was nothing so especial that I didn’t like . except one waitress was a bit rude . on Sunday at lunch time the meal was not that good like Suterday dinner. I asked her if she could bring me salt and pepper , saying rather than saying yes to me , she was giving me advices how people like to eat , with no salt and not delicious .

The location beside the lake is superb. Especially when you wake up in the morning and look at the lake. Breakfast is good, they will make omelet if you ask

The access route is not high speed because you should pass through some cities.

Good hotel nearly 30 minutes away from Lucerne. Hotel next to a nice lake but it seemed to us that the hotel is only a drivable property. The rooms are clean but small for a family of 3, breakfast is good.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was really good and parking was very accessible. Great view and places to walk. Also nice places to sit and just lay about.

I didn't not like anything however I would recommend maybe a little bit better food variety at breakfast.

Location is great. View is spectacular. Restaurant is superb, many fish items on Menü. Breakfast selection is very nice. Well prepared and good selection.

Room decor needs improvement. Very outdated from curtains to lamps. Lighting is very poor. Hard to read documents!

Everything was good..People and staff were friendly.

Bed was a little stiff, but they did have optional equipment for use.
