Very clean. Staff not on site but really helpful and answer queries quickly. Very good value compared to many accommodations in the area especially as it had fridge, kitchen area with utensils etc. and dishwasher. After reading reviews thought parking might be a problem but once we found the Braun underground car park it was very convenient and cheap. Bought a weekly ticket for about CHF35 for the whole week

Bit outdated but that is reflected in the price. Would be very helpful if directions to the car park were included in the description as it is not that obvious how to access it.

There is a washing machine that takes coins. A nice cleaning lady give us some detergent. This hotel is in the center of the town and is very close to stores. Parking with a fee but very clean, new, and spacious parking structure.

I booked a room with three twin beds but I got a room with two twin beds and one top bunk bed. This became a little bit of a problem for us.

Nearness to Train station with good connectivity

Even though cleaning, washing machine charges were included in price, no cleaning was done during the stay. i had to pay for using washing machine.

No hair dryer in the room or laundry room, have to wait for the housekeeper to bring it the next morning. Washer and dryer only accept a one Fr coin, anything smaller than that does not work. Hear the church bell rings.

Very practical apartment in a quiet location, good for families, clear instructions, and when I had a request it was addressed promtly. Comfortable beds.

It does not include a parking, but there is a parking very close for 10 CHF per day.

Hotel is very clean. Im compare to another places in Switzerland good price. Kitchen is fully equipped. You can cook yourself. The parking in Braui 10 CHF per day. Dont pay per hour. 2h ride to Grindelwald. Good place to visit Lucern/Zurich

You can’t park directly at the hotel. no free parking.

Very comfortable location. Easy access to supermarkets and less than 5 mins walk to the railway station which has trains at every 30 mins frequency.

I like most the location. Locationwise hotel can be given an excellent rating cause it's next to the train station. Very easy to move inside the city at any time. Really good place to stay.

We'll equipped room with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and a fan had been provided.
