Location was great with lots of local foods available within walking distance. Also near shopping malls and tourist sights. We were very grateful that they had a laundry room free for guests to use, though it was small with only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, but it was enough. Beds were very comfortable - soft comforter and pillows that were soft yet puffy, not flat.

Lack of hanging space. There is no cupboard to hang clothes, only 3 hooks with 4 hangers. Not enough for our family of 4 in the quad room. It was a challenge to find space to hang our damp towels, and clothes. Could place some more hooks in the entrance corridor for hanging clothes.

Location just perfect! Plenty of convenient shops nearby, there is a shopping mall called Tarako, which is really convenient for tourists. Train station within walking distance and there is an old train market/bazaar on the weekends which is very interesting to have a casual walk with your love ones. Not too noisy even though our room at third floor facing the main road. Front desk staffs are very attentive, room services respond promptly whenever we need to replace supplies in room. Stayed there for 6x nights in a row, great great great!

The only issue with us will be the bedding. It's too SOFT and not suitable for adults, especially elderly. Really hope that they could look into this comment and consider on a better and standardized hotel used bedding. I'd return to stay (100%) if they could upgrade on this. Last but not least, it was a great and well managed hotel!

It's convenient to walk to the hotel from the railway station. There are loads of shops and restaurants you can get food or stuff from. The room in fact isn't that big but we feel it's big enough. The breakfast is amazing. They offer some local food from some of the famous shops.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Ideal location for us to use the main station and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The underground parking was ideal as we hired a car last minute.

Check in process was smooth and fast. Room and bathroom was clean, all facilities was working well. Requested for ironing board and was delivered almost immediately. Enquired on taxi service from Taichung to Taipei and hotel staff was very helpful with all the information.

the location and the facilities, with laundry facilities was a big bonus.staffs were very helpful and friendly, housekeeping make sure we have new towels and drinking water everyday, room was always clean.

The entrance makes you feel like you're not even in the city and our room was extremely clean & stylish! The bathroom was very modern as well and we overall had a very very comfortable stay!

Around 10min walk from Taichung TRA train station, shopping mall.

Nearest night market is at zhong xiao road, 20min walk away. Was told that Fengjia night market requires 30min by taxi in the evening due to weekend traffic.

wasn’t able to boil hot water due to the plug was too short. but can access hot water from common area.

Super convenient location. 5 minutes walk with luggage from Taichung train station. 4 minutes from Taroko mall. Locates in busy commercial area. I was solo traveling and stayed in the smallest room. It was a perfect size, modern and well designed room. The receptionist was nice and attentive for my need.

Locates on a busy street and sometimes can feel a truck passed by.
