I like everything, very near the train station. They provided coupons for breakfast. And there were 3 options to choose from. Everything is delicious 😊

We asked for our room to be cleaned since we stayed there for 4 to 5 days. We're expecting that they will literally clean it like brooming the floors like that. We like the fact that they changed our bed sheet, towels and comforter but they didn't broom or vacuumed the floors and table as the room is very dusty. It's just that. But overall we like the hotel. I hope they improve on that service.

Pleasant and very helpful staff. There’s a ingress where pick up vehicles can wait (for day trips). There’s a laundry room that is free. There’s a hot/room temp/cold water dispenser along the corridor rather than bottled water, with an empty flask in the room. I did not notice any noise pollution.

The location is a hit/miss. It’s next to the train station (not the hsr one) but the city center is not co located (issue more of the city layout)z So it’s a trade off between the convenience of the city center and the train station. Depends which is more important to individual traveler.

Location near to Taichung Train Station, convenient to either take train, bus or taxi. As a 3 star hotel, overall it look like a 4 star hotel as quite comfort bed and pillow to sleep. The room is spacious!

Understood that sustainability and reduce the cleanliness of bedsheet. However suggest cleaner should vacuum the floor as well on top of changing towel and refill any other shortage stuffs during daily cleaning services request.

Great location. Literally minutes away from Taichung TRA station but still not in a noisy district. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Water dispensers are available on each floor. Good sized rooms.

The bed arrangements were a little weird. We booked a double room but the bed was 2 single beds put together. One of the mattresses was kinda old and sunken. Check in only available from 4pm, no early check in.

The girl at the front desk spoke perfect English. The hotel looked to be nicely renovated (things looked new). It was close to the train station.

The ceiling was very low. The windows were dirty on the outside. The almost floor to ceiling window in the bathroom (in the shower) was silly. The blinds were always drawn, so it might as well being a solid wall.

Amazing location which is just located at around 5 mins of walk from Taichung main station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our requests. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfy bed is a plus.

Probably the 11am checkout and the relatively poorer soundproofing, earplugs were provided in the room which was considerate.

The male staff at the hotel reception was very helpful in helping us plan our day trip for the next day. He was courteous and resourceful. We weren't able to get his name, but we want to say thanks, great job !

The service attitude of the staff is good, and they patiently help us solve any problems, and can meet our needs well.

The only problem is the toilet in the room. There will be some peculiar smell like urine smell, which makes our experience a bit poor.
