proximity to train, eateries, shopping mall. nice artsy decor w/in limited space. lounge deer bench in lobby. there is a popular Chinese breakfast place selling peanut warm drink and steamed buns filled with some of the the juiciest meat you’ll ever find in Taiwan.

one room the sink p-trap was geometrically too flat and allowed some sewer gasses in the room. the steps up to the bed is a little dangerous for children and elderly. surrounding area had dilapidated buildings and is not pedestrian friendly (no sidewalks).

The room was affordable and comfortable. Few hotels offer an option for a 6-person room so I was delighted to see that this one did. It was enough space for my group of 5 and the double decker beds were a fun feature. The decor and design of both the room and hotel is cute and clever. A great place to stay with friends. Furthermore the staff were helpful and patient to explain the payment and booking process. I ordered a birthday decor package for the room to celebrate my friend’s birthday. It was pretty and well done up. A great surprise for my friend!

Perfect location; near amenities but yet quiet environment. Taichung Train Station is 7 mins walk away. Taroko mall is 4mins walk away & 7-11/Family Mart are all super near. Room looks exactly like the photo but a bit small for family of 6. Toilet is clean with washlet but ventilation is not so good. If anyone poop then the smell will fill the whole room.

Breakfast could be better with more varieties

Amazing location, friendly and efficient staff, quick check -in and super cute rooms/decorations. They're also quite environment-conscious. There was a lovely rooftop terrace where we could sit and watch the sunset.

The towels had stains on them, I guess there's only so much bleach can do.

The staff are very attentive. I really appreciate their effort to help and assist us. I inquired about places to visit and how to go and they really spent time checking the schedule for me. The room as always is nice, clean and never disappoints. Location is also good, near taichung station (thsr)

I hope there are more meat options for breakfast. But not really an issue..

We got the stay which included breakfast. The breakfasts were great with quite a good spread. The breakfasts actually saved us the trouble to hunt for food early in the mornings before we embark on our tours

We got a double room where the bed is a queen sized loft bed with desk and bathroom/toilet below it. We are in our 60s and it was a bit scary though for us to climb up and down the bed.

The friendly staff made the difference! The 6 person room was up to expectation~ bunk bed was great fun for the children!! great lobby and waiting area for the children too. We expected a little wait time for the toilet cuz there is only 1 shower for 6 pax. but there are clean toilets in the lobby too.

the mattress was too soft and thin for my liking~

Not far from Taichung station, relatively close to a number of points of interest. Great value for money, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has a friendly vibe to it.

Room was small, steps to loft bed seemed steep. Most importantly, the internet bandwidth was very poor.

the service is fantastic, all the staff are so willing to assist in any question. they even helped me with my luggage to the taxi. the room is small but very comfortable, very clean. laundry room is very convenient. location is great and they allowed me to leave my luggage with them for 4 nights… very recommended

the interior of our room is very pretty, but the most important thing is: it's close to everything, Lalaport, Taichung train station, some tourist spots that I forgot the name of. All of that is within walking range.

Nothing really, in general was a great experience.
