Great location. Located walking distance from the Taichung train station, as well as the bus station where passengers go to get to Sun Moon Lake. It's also within walking distance from several good eats as well as nice snack stores where one can get boxes of snacks to get back home. Extremely value for money as well. The hotel has a spacious lobby where one can sit and enjoy a meal; it also has a water dispenser, tea, and Lotus biscuits for guests to take. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again if I return to Taichung!

Very nice hotel and very good value for money. The room is very large, modern and well equipped. Nice view as well (from the 11th floor). Conveniently located at a 5-min walk from the main railway station. Free laundry facility. Staff was very nice.

- The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. - The double bed was actually made of 2 individual beds put together. As a result, the double bed was super wide but a bit hard/uncomfortable in the middle, and the blanket did not completely cover the whole width of the bed. - The hotel entrance on ASEAN Square looks a bit dodgy at first - would probably need some renovation work. Same for the lifts. Does not match the standing of the rest of the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious, great bathroom with separate toilet and shower. There are convenient USB ports by the beds. The furniture are simple in design but function very well. The staff are professional and friendly. The lounge was really nice with lots of seating areas and hot drinks and water dispenser, perfect for a short rest stop to hide from sudden downpours!

Need a few hooks in the bathroom, to hang up wet towels and clothes.

Nice comfortable place, large rooms for the price. Modern design and easy to use facilities. Very accomodating staff who immediately helped us with moving rooms when we requested a work table. Great location.

The exterior of the building itself is not the most glamorous as it’s part of a busy district but don’t judge the book by it’s cover! it was a great stay.

1. Unable to store luggage overnight (overnight at Sun Moon Lake). Am perplexed this is not part of the luggage service as I've used several Taipei hotels with no issue. 2. Hooks should be installed in bathroom to hang clothes.

None, but google maps need to be updated, while following directions it pointed us away from the place and we walked in circles before we found it.

Good location, just next to the train station : it’s convenient. The beds were really comfortable. The district is a bit noisy but the isolation was good enough. We picked a room without window , but it was still comfortable : the room was large enough. The bathroom is well designed for 3 people (separated toilets , and sink). And the people who work in the hotel were all very nice !

The Macdonald breakfast that we have to go pick in the Macdonald nearby , was not satisfying. Furthermore we didn’t have the full options (no pancake).

The bed is really really comfortable, room is quite clean., like the overall vibe. The first room that we were assigned has cigarettes smells, but the staff helped us switch the room very promptly.

the surrounding area is a little bit chaotic, parking spaces are really small

The view!!! I have never had a vuew as amazing as this one before. We could see the city skyline with the mountains in the back. It was so beautiful.

There isn't any water in the rooms. If you want water, you need to leave your room and go to the front desk area. This is very inconvenient to do when you're waking up in the morning and you haven't had your shower yet.

Quite near to Tai Chung train station *walking distance , the bathtub in room is comfy and staffs are friendly.

There is a dead cockroach in toilet and it’s disgusting.
