1. The location is unbeatable. Only 5-7mins walk from Taichung train station, a shopping mall, and directly opposite Miyahara. Many great breakfast spots nearby. 2. Free access to washing machine & dryer, although you should bring your own laundry pods/ detergent if you’re particular. 3. We loved that the toilet comes with a heated seat and a bidet! For a 3 star hotel this is quite uncommon. 4. The room is big for two of us with 24-26” luggages & plenty of space to spare. We even had space to exercise! 5. The price is unbeatable. If you’re looking for a sign to book, this is it!

1. The toilet bowl cover was slightly loose, so it was a small hassle trying to keep it upright! 2. It’ll be an extra touch of hospitality, we would feel even more welcomed if the staff could say a hi/ bye each time we walk pass the reception to exit or enter the hotel! Nevertheless we were still happy with the place.

location is super convenient, a few min walk from Taichung Train Station and surrounded by many eateries. We even managed to walk back from Yizhong Night Market. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They even upgrade us to a bigger room. And help us to pre-book a day driver to ferry us around MiaoLi and to our next accommodation at MiaoLi after we checked-out. Highly recommend everyone to stay here when come to Taichung. The staffs are always ready to reply whenever we have enquiries. Really appreciate all the efforts.

The hospitality was nice, and many facilities were well kept with the addition of a small gym. The room was cleaned and replenished regularly, making the place more tidy and comfortable. The Miyahara (popular confectionery and tourist spot) is right opposite the hotel, which is perfect for tourists who are avid ice-cream fans. There are also convenient stores nearby for quick buys of items.

The location of the hotel is quite a distance walk from the nearest night market in the region. However, there were multiple transportation accessible to various locations.

Wonderful experience! This is an awesome place to stay. Location is perfect, just across from it is Miyahara and just slightly further, the train station as well as malls like Showtime and Tarako. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom has this bidet that has heated seats and spray! It's amazing! Love that they provide really good quality shampoo and shower gels as well which washes off cleanly and smells lovely. The gym obviously downsized a bit, but it is still not bad and the laundry room gets both thumbs up for me. It really is great!

With the staff, some hits and misses. But that's not a problem, I'll just seek the assistance of those who are more approachable.

All the staff were helpful except for this lady whose attitude was bad. She replied in a very annoyed tone when we asked for things such as recommendations on the food and using of washing machine. We also seen her doing this to other customers.

The location is near Taichung TRA station. There are loads of food shops near the hotel. The housekeeping staff always tidy up our room & toilet every morning. The front desk staff is very helpful when hailing a cab.

I think hotel staff should learn how to speak English like common words for ease of communication during check-in. Not all guests understand Mandarin.

The bed was super comfortable and curtains did the trick to make the room totally dark - perfect for sleeping! Breakfast was good and staff was friendly, huge bonus was the easy, safe and parking free of additional charges right round the corner. Some might feel the locations is a bit remote but the public transport take you to the new city center in 15min and city bikes are right at the entrance of the hotel. New finding for me this hotel, will be back!

Good location for transportation and visit CBD. The hotel is very clean and friendly staff.

My room was next to airconditiong unit for the building on the top floor, so periodically the motor would start regardless the time of the day. I didn't use the airconditiong during my stay. There was construction nearby that also start 6am on the dot.

It was located quite near to the Taichung Station and is opposite a famous confectionary Miyahara. There is an option for car rental nearby. There is a bakery beside the hotel and a fast food stall. however, other options for food are pretty poor in this area.

The hotel is rather dated. The vicinity around the hotel is rather old without interesting shops.

Locàtion convenient to get to from Taichung TRA. Also close to the Taichung Station (Minzu Rd Intersection) where the bus to Sun Moon Lake stops. Loved that there was a laundry room with washing machine and dryer to wash our clothes (washing powder over the counter for $30).
