Big room, big shower. Bath is high and comfortable for European size person. Free teas and water downstairs. Elevator doesn't require card.
Under the bed wasn't cleaned for months. Ventilation also dusty, and you breathe it all.

Fantastic location, easy to find from the train station and lots of amenities nearby. Staff were lovely (very patient with my bungled Chinese). Air conditioning works well.
The bath wasn't attached to the floor, so if you step to one end while showering - e.g. to put shampoo in your hair - the whole thing rocks up and down! I have pretty good balance and I almost fell - for an older person or someone with reduced mobility, this could be really dangerous.

Clean, modern rooms, conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. Good value for for money.
The Internet was poor, there were several routers to chose from but at any given time most or all were "not available" or "connected without Internet".

Deco is cute. Neat. clean. Compact. Close to everything. Very worth the value.
Bed is very hard. Pillow is very flat. Booking.com offered a free upgrade deal that supposed to be a bigger room, but in fact, double rooms are all in same sizes. I was misguided. They should take that off so ppl wnt fall for it again. Other than that, cheap n good value.

The design of the hotel is refreshing and the staff was friendly. I reached the hotel early and they allowed me to deposit my baggage so that I can explore Taichung hassle free. I deposit my luggage with the reception again when I checked out as my train was in evening.
