There was great communication with the hotel from the start. Our arrival was delayed & staff reached out to confirm our time which was wonderful. We arrived at about midnight & the front desk staff person, Max, did a fantastic job checking us in. After flying for more than 24 hours, it was a gift for us to have a room with a bath tub & excellent hot water. We also like that there was a kettle in the room & we received complimentary bottles of water for our entire four night stay. Our bed was nice and comfortable too which allowed us to sleep very well for the duration of our stay. This boutique hotel is close to everything downtown and staff are very responsive. We would stay again. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Light, airy and spotless room. Quiet. Well regulated air conditioning. Tea & coffee making available in room - proper cups. Lovely shower with good pressure. Convenient for station. Lots of food options nearby. Hospitable staff.

Only minor: do not plan to get into your room before the 3pm check in time (albeit this is common across Taiwan)

the room size was perfect. the place of the hotel also in a very good location. I did not have breakfast there, but there are many places that you can go to find some food.

seems the floor are pretty thin, so I can clearly hear anything from the room above. Because of the noise, I woke up many times in the night, so maybe if you need a quite place, please ask first.

The stay is value for the price, space and bed is comfy.

Most of the staffs are friendly however one night I need help to use hotel phone to call my other hotel to rearrange. The staff initially said they can't do so, and I was shocked. Though subsequently she help, but I feel offended by this.

Location is really near the train station, just that it’s a bit bumpy along the way. Room is pretty decent as the photos, able to request for more water since there’s no water dispensing machine, however there’s hot water for tea or coffee at lobby.

Big room, big shower. Bath is high and comfortable for European size person. Free teas and water downstairs. Elevator doesn't require card.

Under the bed wasn't cleaned for months. Ventilation also dusty, and you breathe it all.

Very affordable for the quality of the hotel. Central location close to the train station, although not many things to do for a visitor. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Clean, modern rooms, conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. Good value for for money.

The Internet was poor, there were several routers to chose from but at any given time most or all were "not available" or "connected without Internet".

The facility is very new and clean. The location is perfect. The staff speak English, they are nice and very helpful.

There were some stains on the bedsheet and pillow case which made me uncomfortable. Soundproof is medium, you can hear when someone is in the hall.

Very pretty decor and spacious room. The hotel location is very good as it's close to lots of good food and bus stop.

Shower curtains should be curved so that floor won't be so wet.
