The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed and gave advice when I didn't understand or didn't know something. The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. Room cleaning was regular and thorough. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. There are several bus stops in the vicinity of the hotel. There are also several night markets within walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I also recommend the hotel to foreign travelers, you can communicate in English without any problems.

I love the cleanliness of the property! The toilet is really clean and new, the lobby has a really comfy and spacious lounge area to rest in. The receptionists was great and friendly, allowing us to store our luggage in the hotel after check-out, making our overall stay perfect! There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping district around the area. I love the bus stops around the property, making it convenient to visit different places in Taipei. Highly recommend this property!

The property is a little far from the nearest train station - Zhongshan station, about 10mins walk. Not very convenient if you are carrying a lot of luggage.

Value for money hotel at a good location in Taipei! Very walkable distance to the nearest metro station, and lots of food options downstairs too. Staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Building is just a littleeee old with some stains on the walls, but overall still very clean.

The location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee & snacks are complementary at the reception area. And we could do laundry ourselves, hotel provide Washing Machine, Detergent and Dryer.

The room space is not suitable for extra bed.

the room was a bit small and the "view" was 10 feet from the wall of the building next to ours. The hotel staff was fantastic, though, and even let us use the washing machine and all the coffee/snacks.

Besides the 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest subway, everything else is fine. There are a few convenient stores nearby. Shopping malls is nearby too.

Distance to the nearest subway is quite a distance so quite inconvenient on rainy days.

Location was between Zhongshan MRT station and our favourite breakfast spot. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in. There is laundry service in the hotel at an affordable rate. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Small room and no space to open luggage! Red light in the room and can’t be turned off! Didn’t let us sleep well. No proper window or view at all
