We upgraded to a larger room with a washing machine, and it was really worth it. The bed was HUGE, and super comfy, and the room was massive too, with a really luxurious bathroom. The staff were lovely, and very helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke fluent English (which was very surprising for Taipei!). The location is great too, and we found a million really great restaurants, cafes, markets and more within a 10-minute radius, or a short bus or train ride to tourist attractions.

I felt like something was missing from the hotel, and that a cafe onsite would have changed everything for us. There were a lot of great places around the hotel, but since I had such a lovely time at the hotel itself, it would have also been a nice addition.

The room design and details such as the bath tub, mist spray for pillow, the bedroom slippers, the bag for hand soap etc. Location near to many good restaurants and also waking distance to the shopping mall such as Eslite, Taipei Linear Park and 13 minutes to the MRT.

It's pity that the staff were inexperience and lacks courtesy when dealing with customer issues. When asked for late check-out, they basically denied and cited full capacity but if you pay you can extend, which renders the full capacity isn't really the true reason. English proficiency was poor. The front desk and breakfast area were often only manned by one staff. What happened to service with a smile?

The pillows and duvet were good. Loved the pillow mist and bought a few home as gifts. The room is not large but luxurious. Layout of the room is good. Extremely comfortable bed. I overslept. Breakfast is excellent, the choices exceeded my expectations. My hotel of choice when I next visit Taipei

A bit secluded in the small lane and not exactly near to mrt

I don't know because I didn't have breakfast, but everything was perfect. It's four-star, but the hotel level is five-star. The amenities are also differentiated from other hotels This hotel is close to Zhongshan station and big maket, convenience store(sever eleven, family mart) I want to stay at this hotel again.

Very nice staffs with excellent location. Provide luggage deposit when we leaving for Tainan and will be back after 3 days.

Super clean with comfortable linings. Valuable breakfast with a little extra charge. Different dishes for breakfast every day! Strongly recommend to book rooms with breakfast.

Since the hotel is located in the city, access to major tourist attractions was good. The staff was also very friendly, and communication was very easy because the staff spoke English. As it was a new construction, the interior was modern, clean and convenient.

Since it hasn't been long since it opened, it was a little disappointing that breakfast was not provided, and similarly, fitness services were not available.

I booked a room for 3 adults. Best part is washer+dryer in my room. Breakfast is nice. Staffs are very friendly. Convenient location to many sites for visiting.

If there is a separate light for table area will be better cos when others sleep, I can do some work.

Very clean hotel, newly after renovated. Super breakfast, nice service, i stayed 5 nights there. Everyday breakfast new menu, recommend must try.

Great new hotel. Superfriendly staff. Great comfortable room and very nice breakfast. Location is good - 10 minutes walk to metro.

It was very quiet and very clean. Nice classical music in the lobby. Some laundry included. Staff was very nice. I forgot my phone charger in the room when I checked out and they quickly noticed and ran down to bring it to me while I was waiting for the taxi.
