The staff is super lovely. They can speak English too. The room is spacious. Good for price. Bed was very comfortable. It was clean. Provided free water. Daily house keeping. There was this one staff that was working alone at around 5pm that day, I had 3 luggage, so heavy couldn't budge at all to get out in peace, she helped me pull one luggage to the taxi and help put it in the back too. They have taxi service and it felt like a Uber. Cheaper than Uber to the airport. Maccas, family mart, and KFC was super close. Love how it's close to everything you need.

The way the bathroom was designed, the whole glass wall is not blurred out it is just at least tall enough to not see if you 165cm tall, any taller you can see to the other side.

Location is close to tourist attractions such as Ximending, Taipei main station, etc and can be reached within 10 minutes by taxi. Breakfast is delicious, especially soy sauce pork and the menu varies every day. Menu is quite complete including bread, egg, milk, and rice, suitable for starting the day. The bed is comfortable and room is quite spacious also have windows

The sink should have a glass cover and bathroom should add hanger for clothes.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice clean room, friendly staff and laundry facilities for guests use. Plenty of Restaurants and fast food ie McDonalds, Kentucky within a short walk. Would definitely stay again, in fact have already booked for last two nights in Taipei! A 9/10 for us!

A bit of a walk to nearest MRT, but saying that 10-15 mins, bus stop more or less outside!

Staff were friendly and willing to help. Room was spacious with flexible lightning. We also enjoyed the range of breakfast options served and the snacks available outside of breakfast hours.

Occasionally we could hear some street noises after midnight even though we were situated on one of the highest levels - this could be because the hotel is near the main street with nearby restaurants operating until late.

The location is very convenient. Lots of transport option and restaurants around. The staff was very nice, they even helped me arrange a small cake for my partner's birthday. The room was spacious and they gave us fresh bottles of water everyday. It is great value for the price.

The facilities are a bit dated and even though it is clean, it doesn't fully look like it.

Location is close to bus stop, easy to find. Room is decent size and quite clean. The shower gel is orange scent!

the bathroom is an open area, there are no close door to get change, it's ok for me as I was staying by myself. The room is not quite sound proof, I can hear some one talking while in the shower, little scary.

The location is quite good, 7/11 and Macdonalds nearby.

As noticed in other comments, quite strange that the toilet/bathroom has a glass door and wall :-) Also during the breakfast coffee machine was broken, so no coffee for breakfast, but this will probably be solved. I noticed a cockroach in the room, only one, but usually if there is one, probably there are more, so some inspections should be done.

Good location near Taipei Main Station. Clean and comfortable. Attentive caretaking staff. Traditional savoury breakfast. Complimentary luggage storage available before/after check-in.

Given proximity to downtown core, can be loud at night. Limited sweet breakfast options. Luggage storage is in common space — use with caution.

It’s convenient. There are lots of stores in the surrounding area. Love their breakfast and the 24 hours coffee/juice machine

The sink is next to the bed. The water is easily spelled into the bed. And there’s no drawer to put my clothes.
